Repairs to the 100 KVA HT/LT transformer at Lift Irrigation Scheme Flood Channel 2nd by way of disconnecting HT and LT connections, lowering down from the bed, loading in private load carrier using channels, chain pulley blocks etc. then shifting to workshop and un-loading of same at workshop for necessary repairs. Opening the lid of the transformer draining transformer oil detaching the core assembly from bush rods and other clamps taking out the core assembly by means of chain pulley block and checking and assessing the damages. Providing, fabrication and fitting of fresh HT coils as per the sample out of aluminum wire. (04 coils @ 04kg/coil approximately =16kg). Providing, fitting of insulation material such as card board, lathered paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, cork sheets, varnishing, gasket, nuts and bolts etc. Topping the transformer with a fresh T-oil (20 litre) of approved grade. Providing, fitting of HT porcelain insulator (01 no.). Back carriage of transformer in private load carrier through skilled labour, tools and tackles up to site, unloading at site and assembling HT/LT connections and testing on full load. The cost on account scrap stands deducted from overall cost of job and shall be property of firm. All tools and tackles required for complete execution of job shall be provided by firm.

Providing and fitting of 200 Ampere MCCB of Siemens, Havells, L&T, Schneider or equivalent make at site with following specifications: Rating: 200 A, 415V, 50 Hz, 04 pole, thermal magnetic release type, short circuit breaking capacity of 50 KA. The job also includes thimbling, crimping and insulating all the terminals of existing 19/.064 Cu service line with 12 no. Cu thimbles from HT/LT transformer to MCCB, MCCB to starter and 06 no. Al thimbles for service cable from starter to motor of appropriate size as per site requirement. The job includes providing and fitting of analogue type Voltmeter 0-500 V (01 no.), Ampere meter 0-200A (01 no.) including wiring of suitable amperage as per site requirement of reputed make on LT panel board.
