M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8(40mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base of floor all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4(20mm graded stone aggregate) for flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving multi layered polyurethene flooring system all as specified and as directed . Note :- The multi layered polyurethene flooring system will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 ,1:3:6 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only of Integral waterproofing compound to mix with cement concrete or mortar complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade Yst-310 all as specified and as directed. Note : All open ends of tubes shall be provided with end cap of minimum 3mm thick plain MS sheets welded to the tubes. Roof of the shed shall be provided in curved shape as shown in the sketch attached. The trusses and sheets shall be fabricated to the shape as shown in Sketch. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the same.

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new metal Surfaces of any description, over10cm in width orgirth,not otherwise described and apply two coats of antifcorrosive paint and over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate with surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection all as specified and as directed. Note: Plinth protection shall be laid in bays as directed by GE with 10mm wide joints in between.

M&L for bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight for filling the joints in plinth protection etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for flooring with multi layered poly urethane flooring system comprising of primer ,Intermediate Coat and Wear Course of make FOSROC Traffic guard UR 150 or equivalent make as approved by Garrison engineer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Surface preperation and application of different layers shall be as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for coarse aggregate graded 12.5mm to 4.75mm and spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick as in cushion for paver block complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano, flush type, 6 Amps, SP, one way, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for MCB DB SPN 8 ways, 240V, with 200 Amps bus bar, double door, all as specified and directed.

Earhing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm , by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and conneced to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI med grade watering pipe 20 mm bore, wire mesh charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers, of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia reinforced bar 15 cm C/C and earth lead handle protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc.50m and necessary testing,including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as shown on electrical plate no.3 of MES SSR Part I and as directed.

Supply and spread, locally available dry M-sand for cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches,all as specified and directed. (Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid )

Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers class LV type 1 flat of size 250 mmx150 mmx40 mm as cover to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent one not exceeding 10mm over under ground cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed .
