DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking down carefully Copper/Aluminium point wiring (Light ,fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc), removing unserviceable or serviceable materials from site and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring Concealed with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non- metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm or higher dia, light grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, green in colour 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, common earth and connected to earth dolly , screwed with Brass screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point/Fan point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps.

(b) One 3/5 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amp on same board with other switch of 5/6 Amp.

(c) One 3/5 pin 5/6 amps socket out-let point on independent board controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 amps on independent board.

(d) One bell point point controlled by one bell push switch of 5/6 Amps.

(e) All as per item 2 herein above but with 2.5 Sq mm cable (FRLS) for one 15/16 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

(e) All as per item 2 herein above but one socket outlet with 2.5 Sq mm cable (FRLS) for one 15/16 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on same board and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep complete cleaning the grease oil etc spray painting with 2 coats of synthetic emamelled paint over a coat of primer including replacement of bearing, capacitor, cotton pin, rubber coal, MS nuts bolts washer, connector prewired from connector from connector to ceiling rose with twin core flexible copper conductor cable 24/0.02 refixing in position connecting testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair LED Bulk head Fitting environment friendly , IP-65/66, ultra modern,energy saving,surface mounting,decorative oval comprising of high brightness LED 10 Watt,6000K complete all as specified and directed.

S&F inverter LED lamp, 6500K, 900lm in white colour of 12 Watt, base cap B-22 with polycarbonate diffuser and aluminium heat sink complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair LED Ceiling light fitting recessed monting 2x2 feets environment friendly , IP-65/66,smart lighting solution with inbuilt PIR sensors to control the lighting as per occupancy and day light, leading to reduced power consumption and higher energy saving comprising of high brightness LED 30 Watt,5700 K complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED Poly carbonate Batten with inbuilt occupancy sansor.saves energy and cost (1x20 Watt) prewired including electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and including taking down old fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1x60 watt LED building security light fitting , PDC housing,IP-65 with 4 KV inbuilt surg protection driver, pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same on GI pipe 25 mm dia bore light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x 4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electric connection with PVC three core copper flexible wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single run (with proper colour code as per IE rule) of 6 Sqmm (Normal cross sectional area) of single core unsheathed PVC insulated cable, 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through with & including PVC conduit of 25 mm dia or higher dia medium grade ISI marked with and including necessary conduit accessories, concealed type including 6 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth wire(Green in colour) connected to common earth dolly, including taking down old U/S submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs factory made epoxy powder coated Distribution board TPN 4 ways ,415 Volts with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amp copper bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cale management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts and suitable for one SPN/DP-MCB as incomer and SP MCBs outgoing complete all as specified and confirming to IS : 8623.
