Demolition of Brickwork, P.C.C. blocks / stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate )Set in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all asspecified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface using 1:4 cement plaster in walls etc.including finishing even & fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing the newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of cement base pant over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing Old painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- It includes cost of vegitation , plants etc remove it any on the wall surfaces.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- It includes cost of vegitation, plants etc remove it any on the wall surfaces.
