M&L for machine cut granite stone slab 20mm thick of approved colour and shade as in floors laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick flame finished sadarahalli machine cut stone of approved colour and shade as in floors, skirting/dado etc over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, laid and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hilti make stainless steel anchor fastener 10 x 80mm for fixing of sadarahalli /granite stone cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid water proofing compound and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound (WPC) shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral waterproofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sealing all the joints in sadarahalli stone with PU sealent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint (interior grade) on wall over a coat of acrylic primer over 1mm thick putty complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set 82.5 KVA with separate AMF panel (outdoor type & double door) with water cooled engine of suitable BHP for 66 KW power generation @ RPM 1500, brushless frame with silencer and canopy for sound less mode (sound level not exceeding level specified by central pollution control board) and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynamo and 66 kW/82.5 kVA electric alternator, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, voltage regulation ± 15, insulation class H coupled to engine with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical components , fuel tank capacity as per OEM recommendations with level indicator installed on suitable steel frame with PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instructions, power command genset controller, fuel pipes, dual spin on fuel filter, dritype aircleaner, shutt off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT, fuel pipes, bar metre, hour meter, oil temperature gauges, ammeter, ignition switch, radiator with cooling fan, maintenance free battery battery, including suitable size of copper cable leads with terminals, all mountings, accessories, necessary foundation and AVM pads complete as per manufacurer's recommendations and to the satisfaction of Engr in charge.

(C) AUTOMATIC MAINS FAILURE PANEL:- AMF panel (out door type & double door) for 66KW/82.5 KVA DG Set fabricated out of 3.15 mm sheet steel factory made suitable for trolley mounting hinged from panel for easy accessibility with suitable rated bus bar internal wiring and with provision for connecting incoming/outgoing leads with the following accessories :-

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- a) For all items involving excavation work contractor has to obtain prior approval from station HQ to avoid loss of other co existing utility services, in case of damage to any property he would be liable for its rectification. b)The excavation has to be done manually only.

Returning, filling in trenches in hard/dense soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of pipes including spreading, levelling, and well ramming etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading riddled earth for cushioning of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, M&L for fabrication and installation of towing type DG set trolley made up of 4 wheeled trolley suitable for mounting of 82.5 KVA DG Set including four nos wheels, base frame with MS Channel and easy connect to other vehicles to move from one place to other place, suitable break system, locking arrangements, load bearing capacity of minimum 2.5 ton including trolley, trolley 4 wheeler size 5000(L) mm x 2200(W) mm x 1900(H) mm etc with following specifications & details :- Main chassis:- Main chassis will be of ISMC 200 x 65mm channel and cross member of 100 x 50mm ISM, welded with reinforcement, Side Runner :- Side runner and cross members channel made of MS 100 x 50 mm and 100 x 50 mm. Leaf springs :- 4 Nos leaf springs consisting min 13 Leaf each.
