Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete a) 600 mm dia RCC pipes.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Supplying and laying stone soling with stone boulders of size 150 mm to 225 mm in layers not exceeding 225 mm thick including hand packing with small stone chips and binding materials (gravel or moorum) including watering and compacting with road roller/ hand rammer as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. b) RCC U-shape drain having wall thickness minimum varying from 85mm to 110mm and base thickness 110mm with lid cover of size of 900 mm x 1200mm x 100mm for load carrying capacity of 6TON. (Note: Necessary design calculation shall be submitted by agency fulfilling the required criteria's as per relevant IS Codes.)
c ) RCC U-shape drain having wall thickness minimum varying from 85mm to 110mm and base thickness 110mm with lid cover of size of 900 mm x 1500mm x 100mm for load carrying capacity of 6TON. (Note: Necessary design calculation shall be submitted by agency fulfilling the required criteria's as per relevant IS Codes.)
Provision of Structural design services for preparation of detailed Structural drawings for under ground sump/ drain. The structural drawings shall include design analysis (software output or manually designed) for all RCC and Steel Structures members involved in the work including detailed working drawings (good for Construction), all duly vetted from NIT /IIT. The contractor will also provide working drawings for all activities like reinforcement, roofing details etc. all including reinforcement & other detailing etc. as required to execute the work, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
