CERTAIN REPAIRS TO FLOORING TILING ROOF AND OTHER MISC BR WORKS AT SITE 1A AND 1B AT AF STN JODHPUR

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes removing debris outside the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/ frame work complete all as specified & directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) for false ceiling complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 8 mm thick calcium silicate board if siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 x 600mm grid for Exposed metal frame ceiling complete all as specified & directed. (Note : Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing flush shutters, 30mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, both faces are covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing stainless steel barrel tower bolt of size 150mm fixed in positions complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 125mm long mild steel butt hinges, cold rolled, medium weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing stainless steel handles of size 125mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 300 mm long stainless steel sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 25 mm dia stainless steel curtain rod decorative type design and pattern approved by GE including both end supports complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 25 mm dia stainless steel curtain finials for curtain rod both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rounding/chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape & design including grinding & polishing to obtain required finished complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, from framed works complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 10000 ltrs (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position, including over flow pipe 450mm and waste pipe 600mm long with all fitting, 20 mm bore of ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (wt not less then for 210 gms) including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank of having capacity of etc 5000 Ltr but not exc 10000 Ltr & removing to site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 5000 ltrs (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position, including over flow pipe 450mm and waste pipe 600mm long with all fitting, 20 mm bore of ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (wt not less then for 210 gms), including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank of having capacity of etc 2500 Ltr but not exc 5000 Ltr & removing to site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing roof treatment (APP membrane) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any type description and in any position complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for min 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on green concrete roof surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and direceted. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked all as specified.

M&L for applying APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlaps 100mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
