Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out in hard rock/concrete, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface.

Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cluding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per Srl item No 3 above but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, posts,boundary pillars, etc , set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F PVC coated Chain link MS Galvanised Fencing Mesh of size 50mm x 50mm, 4mm dia wire with minimum 1mm thick PVC coating and of weight not less than 4.5 Kgs/Sqm, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel Round bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24m dia barbed with 2mm dia barts at 75mm spacing and straiing and fixing to any type of standard rails, including straining bolts, including security or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (Notes- Each line of wire shall be measured separtely).

S&F for mild steel in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm and n.exc 15cm long

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exe 1.5 m wide & n.exe 1.5 m in depth for foundation getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC pipe 75mm dia single socketed in any length fixed in wall as weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.
