Bringing Approved earth from outside MOD land including loading/ unloading etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil, waste and vent pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or under floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as speicfied and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe 410W Gr E-250, quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut with diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm, but length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing (fencing post) including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges , valley gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, as in vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc, including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, coloured / multicoloured, glossy finish , set, jointed and pointed white cement slurry and pigments in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Installation of advance conductive compound based chemical compound technology with upgraded high tensile low carbon steel rod as per UL 467 and as per BS 7430 with copper coating 250 microns. Earthing system confirming to IS:3034. The ROD should 17.2 mm & 3 meter length with rod to tape clamp, CR 125 (type A) additional protection of the terminal. Chemical compound should be the highly Conductive Compound as per BSEN 50164-7 with 2 bags of 25 kg each & resistivity should be 0.05 ohm. The job includes digging the pit and refilling the same by furse CEM back Fill Compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be mixed with cement in 3:1 for forming conductive concrete and it should be eco friendly, not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal. The earth pit should be provided with a light weight inspection pit cover PT-205 for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing furse CEM- a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ratio chemical compound with the earth electrode in the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a mean of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions complete all as specified & directed . (Make : ABB Furse CEM as per RB 336 or equivalent approved make). (NOTE :-Each earth pit should contain:- a) 1 No. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel,17.2 mm dia, 3 meter length. b) Rod to tape clamp (type A). c) 25 kg chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-7. d) Light weight inspection pit cover with 5000 kg weight load capacity. e) Supply and installation shall be done by the authorised technician of the manufacturer)

S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead with copper strip of size 20x3mm mm, fixed to wall on batten or recesses or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required complete all specification and directed. (Note: Quoted rate deemed to be included two pieces Hylem sheet block of 10mm thick etc including making grooves and fixing with brass screws etc)

S & F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.
