Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 Type E-2 (using 40mm thick graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in floors/pavements, laid in alternate bays, finishing surface of concrete roads/pavements by belting etc when concrete is green including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 4.00 above but 75mm thick.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming construction joints 30mm deep X 10mm wide and filled with sealing compound Grade B complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade B, thickness of concrete slab is 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete chequered tiles of size 20cm X 20cm X 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/path complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work in Cm (1:6) using Sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6 mtr mean radius and pointed flush as the work proceeds on external face of the wall below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 11.00 above but except bricks.

Cleaning of bricks/cement mortar from bricks and rubbish off the premises stacking for measurement including all handling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface including finish even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)with neccessary form work as in sub base floor/floors and paving finishing the top surfaces even and rough to receive topping layers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick plain cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) over sub base,finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed coloured precast interlocking paver block any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thicknessm, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete as in kerb stones with plain fair faces including rounded, chamfered on edges, weatherings, throating etc in PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary forms and moulds and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of snythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid in sides of roads/paths including necessary formwork and finishing the top surfaes fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
