Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajja , roof projection etc in any description up to 6 Mts in height in patches including necessary form work complete all as directed. (Note : Qutoed rate is deemed to be inclusive of form work , scaffolding , safety belt etc ).

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

Use and waste of formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas,troughs and similar items including edges rough finished of concrete flat complete all as directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No. 8 here- in – above but 6 to 8mm dia bar - do -

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab including plastering and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed outside of MoD land and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with two coats of thermal resistant paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in padding complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling , finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M&L preparation & complete removal of any type of treatment of old surfaces of ceiling including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coats of white wash complete all as directed.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 0.5 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 0.5 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of exterior walls and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex) over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

Complete removal of any type of treatment on old exterior plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex) over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

One coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm in width or girth on old painted wooden surface after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

All as per item No 21 hereinbefore but on old painted steel surface

Taking down old GI tubing 15 mm bore and connection including cleaning for re fixing stacking at site where directed .

All as per item No. 23 here-in-above but 20 mm bore of pipe - do -

Laying only 15 mm bore GI tube medium grade with all fittings all new (ISI Marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

M & L for 15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with fittings all new (ISI marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks fixed in any description of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of water proofing treatment, cleaning and removing scale and dirts etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting as ordered , including reconnecting and re-fixing in same position and testing on completion complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 29 here-in- above but capacity of tanks exceeding 500 and not exceeding 1000 ltrs -do-

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description & supply & fix new 500 litres capacity white colour (both inside & outside), triple layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with close top) including brass float valve high pressure suitable for 20 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description & supply & fix new 1000 litres capacity white colour (both inside & outside), triple layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with close top) including brass float valve high pressure suitable for 25 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to wall in repars complete all as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore size PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door including jointing the same with solvent cement complete all as directed.

M&L chipping / dismantling of loose damaged concrete removed carefully by using mechanical concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the exixting reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of chipping average 50 -75 mm alround linet / beams / column upto 6.5 mtr height including scffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and application of rust remover/converter (rebaklense RR of M/Sfosroc chemicals India ltd or Amandur (Manufactured by GK technocom or equivalent as approved ) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application incl cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of brushes etc. upto 6.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer (Manufactured by M/S fosroc Chemicals India Ltd or equivalent as approved) over the exposed steel reinforcement after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement rods in one SM area including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint upto 6.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and application of nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd or equivalent as approved) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. upto 6.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG (manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) to an average thickness of 70 mm for beam and Cloumn, fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, form work and labour charges upto 6.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Providing and fixing shear key using 10 mm diameter TMT bars including drilling holes of 12 mm dia & 100 mm depth @ 300 mm spacing an all three sides of lintel/ beams and providing new TMT bars of same dia of reinforcement where as found reduced to less than 20% of original dia including tack welding and grout the holes of shere key with two component epoxy resion based anchoring grout master flow 935 of BASF/ LOK Fix p of fosroc by power gun complete all as specified and directed by EIC (NOTE: i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of providing reinforcement & welding. ii) The entire activities shall be followed as per manufqacturers instructions . iii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all activities).

Cutting the existing cracks in 'V' shape whereever the crack depth is less than 25 mm & applying sufficient epoxy bondingmaterial to bond old concrete to new concrete and finishing the crack by polymer modified mortar as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by EIC (Note: For item Nos. 31 to 41 : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for woking in a height upto 9Mts , necessary scaffolding , safety belt etc shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt, quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for the same).
