Repair and Replacement of Sunken floor, Tiling, sanitary fittings and allied works (Up to 5th floor) at DGNP main office, Equipment complex, DG House and Offices at Naval Dock Yard under DGNP (V).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with PCC of sunken floor and cleaning sunken floor by washing and rubbing etc and removing the material retreived to a distance n.exc 500m where directed and material and labour for provn of water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below specifications with engaging authorised applicator:- (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab, providing necessary length of 25mm bore PVC pipe for water escape pipe and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and six parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing joints of pipe with epoxy putty or epoxy mortar. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Modified Cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight . The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Applying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured for 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and including waterproofing compound on treated surface of this schedule. Note: Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed for ponding test all as per IS 13182 : 1991 (Reaffirmed 2000) for 72 hrs.

M&L for filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto required level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in padding concrete on roof top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces for laying floor finishes/roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) One coat of bituminous primer at the rate of 0.3ltr /Sqm of roof . (b) Hot applied bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 102kg (minimum) per sqm of roof. (c) 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm). (d) Hot applied bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2kg (minimum) per sqm roof. (e) Final finish with bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.15Ltr per sqm of surface. Complete all as specified and directed.

M &L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pilp, insulations, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ ceiling of any thickness, including cover fillets , grid and frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L techno T-Grid ceiling suspension system of main runner size 32mm x 24mm x 3600mm, Cross Tee size 27mm x 24mm x 1200mm & 27mm x 24mm x 600mm, wall Angle of size 22 mm, 20mm, 3050 mm, sheet thickness 0.30 mm, providing and fixing Techno Acoustic Mineral Fibre Square mineral tesured tiles suspension system, panels shall be of size 600mmx600mm x 12mm having noise reduction co-efficient 0.4-0.6 light reflection over 85 relative humidity 95% Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of Techno T-Grid suspension system, The 24 mm main Tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 1200 mm centre. The 1200 mm cross tee shall be attached between to main runners at every 600 mm and further 600 mm cross Tee shall be interconnected between two 1200 mm cross tees. Thus a grid system of 600mm x 600mm is formed. The main tee shall be suspended by mean of 2/2.5 mm wire or 4 mm G.I. rod from slab/roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 mm centre to centre and not more 450 mm from the wall. However, the suspension shall not be more than 150 mm distance from the spliced joints of the main tee complete all as specified and directed.
