Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick Work, jumper work, blasting hard or softs rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15Cm (fifteen Centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each depossited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed- Pick Work/jumper work complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: Six sand: Twelve graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, and propping etc. with wooden batterns & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions buttresses plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like floors etc upto 200mm in thickness complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilever bresummers and lintels not excedding 1 mtr in depth in all height from floor complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Column pillars, posts and struts Circular or curved in plain up to 6 meters complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement:1½ Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

In walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level:-complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying, Jointing and Testing in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes of 100mm dia (M) including tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Cast iron Sluice Valve Kirloskar/Leader Make of 100mm dia (with hand wheel) PN-1 as per BIS 14846-1984 latest upto date ammendments standard make with bols, nuts, rubber insertion etc. (The tail pieces if required shall be measured & paid for separately) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100mm top diameter,160mm bottom diameter and 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone agreegate 40 mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone agreegate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing complete 600x600x750mm inside size with 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone agreegate 20 mm nominal size) complete with form work and reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150mm centre both way make complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & fixing Cast Iron manhole cover 550 mm dia with frame (Medium Duty) total weight of fram and cover not less than 58 Kgs. complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and placing in Horizontal layer filtering media dully graded washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Sand for the filter media to be supplied from Jhanshi Quarray.)

Top Layer:- Fine sand effective size 0.2 to 0.3, uniform Co-efficient 2 to 3. (conferming IS code 8419 and 11401)

Second Layer:- Course sand 3mm to 6mm

Third Layer:- Bajri 6mm to 20mm

Fourth Layer:- Bajri 20mm to 25mm

Bottom Layer:- Broken stone 50mm to 75mm

Providing and placing in Horizontal layer dry bricks in two layer as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in supper structure above plinth level upto floor two level in Cement Mortor 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) with 1st class bricks complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearstorey windows including black enamelled iron but hings with necessary screws 40mm thick in 2nd class Deodar wood complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete /stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angle chamber and orrounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortor 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing chequrred tiles 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified size laid in floor. Tread of steps landing on a bed of 25 mm average thickness cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) jointed with neets cement slurry mixed with pigment to make the tiles including in rubbing and polishing complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M. S. flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grills complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on celing / sloping un-decorated wall surface Two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to given an even shade sand papered smooth complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering & knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and slopping with ready mixed paint other than white complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based & other metal surfaces under coat of ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirts, dust and slopping in with paint others than white complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) (raised and cut) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge within all leads and Lifts.

Providing and Fixing MS Tower bolts (barrel type) anodised transparent with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and Satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing MS handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screw etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and Satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. (125 mm)

Providing and fixing of MS sliding door bolts anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc complete in all respect as per the direction and Satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. (300 X 16)

Providing and fixing of MS Fan Clamp type -1 of 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop as per standared desgin complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, Installation, Testing and commissioning of celling fan with regulator, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 16/0.20 mm twin twisted flexible, cotton braided, copper cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box and earthing etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.
