M&L for Repair/Maintenance/servicing of ACB any capacity/type by cleaning the ACB by using air blower, tightening of connection/controls, checking of all fuses, sealing of ACB at bottom, repairing of ACB at bottom, repairing of mechanical parts, oiling/greasing of all moving -parts and carrying out following checks for smooth functioning complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. (a) Visual Inspection, (b) Checking of funtional locks, interlocks, signaling devices. (c) Checking of suitablility and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism.

Meterial and Labour for Repair/Maintenance/servicing of Automatic Power Factor correction capacitor banks, of any cpacity including repair/replacement of defective/un-serviceable parts during maintenance period, attending to breakdown as and when it is occurres,and testing of capacitor banks as per manufacture's instruction for smooth and effficient functioning of capacitor panels and Power Factor should always be maintained more than 0.95 Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for taking out defective spares & fixing of new spares. (ii) Cost of spares required for replacing shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling & Refixing of servo Voltage Stabilizer / isolation transformer of any capacity (10 KVA to 400 KVA) and Testing for its serviceability with identifying the fault at installed location complete directed by Engg in Charge. (Note :- Transportation charges to & from required is deemed to be in the rate quoted and replacement of unserviceable spare part will be measured & paid seprately under respective item of this schedule.

Overhauling of LT oil cooled servo controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity 10 to 50 KVA by disconnecting of electrical connections, draining out complete stabilizer oil, cleaning & decaling of entire internal surface, core & winding, reassemble, by replacement of complete set of carbon bushes, nut, bolt, washer packing etc, refilling the same stabilizer oil and reconnecting with electrical connections, testing and commissioning on load complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following stabilizers. Note:-(i) Filtration of stabilizer oil if required will be measured & paid separately. (ii) Topping up with new stabilizer oil if required will be measured & paid separately

All as per item No 38 above but voltage stabilizer of capacity 75 to200 KVA.

All as per item No 38 above but voltage stabilizer of capacity 225 to 450 KVA.

M & L for rewinding of Stabilizer /Isolation transformer of any capacity by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning of limb thoroughly and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper winding wire of the same gauge and turn with proper class of insulation impegrauated & baking, assembling and testing including replacement of cork sheet, neoprene gasket etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Transportation to & from to local company /workshops are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Supply & fix in repair Electronic circuit card (PCB) comprising IC's, Regulators, Condensers, Transistors, Triac etc of servo controlled voltage stabilizer of any capacity complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dehydration / filtration of Servo voltage stabilizer, isolation transformer etc of various capacities installed at different locations by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength not less than 60 KV.Note- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for following :- (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil.(ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete.(iii) New Oil for topping up will be measured and paid in relevant item as required (iv) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor.

Supply & topping up of Oil up to required level for Servo Voltage Stabilizer, Isolation Transformer etc of duly filtered with filtration plant to obtain high dielectric strength 50 KV & above all as per IS specification, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate.)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioining of LT cubical panel board, 440 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire out door type weather vermin, dust proof front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements, cable trays cable lugs etc including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevetted letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder cables danger boards etc, suitable to accommodate and including the following mentioned fittings; floor mounted with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 platform; nut,bolts, washers etc for grouting and painting with powder coated epoxy finish of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable existing LT Panel board with all accessories all as specified and as directed comprising the following:-

(i) Bus bar chamber consisting of four Nos aluminium bus bar duly sleeved of capacity 600 Amps for phases and 200 Amps for neutral duly insulated with PVC sleeves RYB, mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulation in separate compartment.(ii) LED type indicating lamps (RYB) with holders controlled by fuzes and switches.(iv) Panel board internal wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductors. Dismantling old posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section embeded below ground level with cement concrete, including taking out embedded portion comple all as specified and directed

Dismantling of chain link fencing, wire mesh of any type, and in any position by unscrewing nuts, fillets, clamps or cutting of rivets, and welded portion complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus materials to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fittid with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts, exc 5cm but not exc 10 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in strenghtening bars for chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including lines wires, any mesh size and type to any of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing conforming to IS 2721:2003 including line wires of 4mm dia straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvansed 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any typeof standard rails straining bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new iron surfaces ove 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confrming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165).complete all as directed.

Taking out / down old existing LT 1100 volt grade cables of size 3x185 Sqmm, aluminium conductor, XLPE, armoured, removal to store for re-use or for credit, complete all as specified and directed Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid for separately

Relaying, jointing, testing and commissioning, already taken out existing LT under ground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through/on walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Returning filling & removal of earth, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 100mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/roadv /pavement, including flat iron clamp, nut, bolt, wahser etc of required size and taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Boring of holes under road etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.
