Outsourcing for operation of installations at Pump House No 06 with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day of 8 hours each, for seven days in a week. The installation consists of following machineries for water supply including operation of all outgoing / incoming valves & pipe lines all as directed. (a) Bore well with submersible pumping set of capacity 15HP, 415 Volts 50 Hz Make - KSB - 01 No. (b) Booster pump of mono block/centrifugal type with electric motor of capacity-15 HP 415 Volts. 50HZ - 02 Nos (c) Liquid chlorine dozing machine - 01 No (d) Oxidation chamber with motor operated compressor -01 No (e) DG set with electric control panel - 01 No. In addition to above, the operator shall be responsible for switching ON/OFF of the street lights/High Mast lights within the 500M distance of installation. The switching ON/OFF timing provided by the Eng- in- charge. Note : (i) Rate quoted against item no 1.1 to 1.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (ii) Payent against each item (1.1 to 1.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.

Basic rate including Dearness allowance NOTE : (i) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date) (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time

Outsourcing for operation of attending day to day maintenance of water supply Complains 06 (six) days in a week (with leave on sunday) of one shift per day of eight hours per shift with min 3 semi skilled employees for Attending day to day complaints related to pumping lines / ditribution lines in OTM / Md accn buildings from users. The work also includes generation of complaint slip, detailment of tradesmen, collection of required stores and completing the task and obtaining user signature. Stores reqd shall be supplied by contractor as tabulated below. Cost of stores supplied by the contractor shall be paid under respective item of BOQ. Iten No. 07 to 86. Note : (i) Necessary T & P such as thread cutting die with various range and tools provided by the contractor. (ii)Rate quoted against item no 5.1 to 5.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (iii) Payent against each item (5.1 to 5.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.

One bottle of treated water (filtered water) and One bottle of untreated water (ground water) collected from different pump houses of GE (AF) Tezpur are forwarded herewith as sample for iron contents with standards of quality for drinking water at Defence Research Laboratory (DRL) Tezpur (Assam) and putup the certificate to Engineer-in-charge once in a contract period complete all as specified and as directed . (Note:- one sample collected from each pump house two times in contact period)
