M&L for cleaning of over head RCC OH tank of cap 100000 gallons in two compartments having 50 feet staging by removing silt/mud/sand of any type including scraping of internal surface of both the compartment of the tanks with wire brush and removing out side . Washing of walls completely and draining out complete refuge and allowing the wall and bottom surface to dry and applying two coats of WPM 300 (Water based Epoxy membrane) approved for use in potable water and conformity with the requirement of CFTRI, BS 6920:2000 and AS/NZS 4020:1999 over a coat of WPM 200 as primer complete all as specified including two coats of cement base paint after scrapping down old cement base paint to out side surface, staging etc and two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide as primer on iron ladder, rising main, delivery delivery main,overflow and wash out ppe line of tank including writing the date of cleaning and painting on the front side of the tank black paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of necessary T&P/scafolding including safety equipments required for painting outside surface of over head tank is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material, labour including T&P for cleaning of static water tank (Fire tank) of capacity upto 25000 gallons by process as below :- (a) Pumping out water from SWT and removing of sludge mechanically or mannualy and disposing it off at a distance of not less than 100 mtr from SWT . (b) Cleaning of side walls and bottom surface by scrubing, deposite and removing the same. (c) Cleaning of the walls with high pressure water jet and pumping out the dirty water . (d) Sterilization of tank by eco-friendly degradable and highly effecting ( anti becteria and anti fungus chedmical) .(e) Painting of the wall with two coats of cement bases paint over a coat of cement primer. and writing date of painting /cleaning on the tank with .synthatic enamel paint

All as per Item No5 Above but static water tank of capacity 50000 gallons.

Material, labour including T&P for Cleaning of sewage sump well 5 mtr dia and 9 mtr deep from ground level by mechanical/manual removal of dirty water/vegetation sludge complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (1) the contractor shall make temp ditch 10 mtr away from the well to dump the sludge removed from the well and refill the same after the work is over. (2) The contractor shall make temporary arrangements for blocking the flow of sewage till the completion of work.

M and L for periodical functional check and servicing of fire fighting system ie fire fighting pumps,and fire hydrants for MLH and ARS -1 hanger, Engine division and lean lift building complete shall be carried out in presence of rep of Fire section of 3 BRD AF complete all as directed. Note : (i) Any defects noticed during functional check shall be rectified with in 01 week time from the date of functional check. (ii) Cost of any minor such as rubber gasket , nuts/bolts, item required to make the system serviceable is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Periodical serviceability of fire fighting system shall be carried monthly basis for alll the three locations ie MLH, Eng Div and Lean Lift out on weekely basis . Record of the same shall be maintained and including endorsement from fire section and shall be put up to Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 271096.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
