Cutting “V” shaped 25mm x 25mm along the cracks and cleaning the surface by removing loose materials from joints, preparation of the surface by mechanical abrading to remove all loose mortar, moss and algae formation and washing those area with plenty of water

Fixing PVC nozzle through the cracks in 0.5 meter interval up to at an avg depth of 60-70 mm, and fixed with quick setting Plugging Material wherever are required. Supply and apply inject grouting at very low pressure mixed with Non Shrink Polymer Grout Compound along with Latex acrylic bonding agent & Crystalline Compound, which meets the requirements as per ANSI/NSF Std 61. (Fosroc or equivalent)

Cut the nozzle and filling the groove by Fibre reinforced polymer modified mortar mixed with Latex acrylic bonding agent. (Fosroc or equivelent)

Apply 2 coats with Cold applied hybrid elastomeric PU (Fosroc or equivalent). The vendor must perform a flood test. Flood to a minimum of 50 mm depth of water for 24 hours. Drains must be plugged and barriers put in place to contain the water.

Repairing rainwater downtake pipe joints: Apply 2 coats with Acrylic bonding agent. Providing and applying non shrink grout for the gap around pipes for a thickness up to 100mm before treating the surface with the Acrylic bonding agent. Top 10mm gap will be filled with Epoxy putty. (Fosroc or equivalent)
