Dismentalling & reinstallation of the existing package unit.

Dismentalling of the existing package unit

Removing of indoor & outdoor machine including removing of aluminium composite panels without damaging the structure & other infrastructure etc. and Shifting from 1st floor SHA area to Ground floor SHA by engaging the manpower & kept at suitable place as per directions of E-I-C at suitable place along with indoor & outdoor machine.

Providing flushing out cooling coil and condensor coil of airconditioner unit refrigerant pipes internally with dry Nitrogen pressure & Providing brazing pipes and checking leakages in the unit duly with dry nitrogen pressure in an approved manner and Providing vaccumising the airconditioner system to 200 micron and charging with R-410A/R32 refrigerant for air conditioning unit.

Supplying, laying / fixing, testing and commissioning of appropriate nominal refrigerant copper pipe of 22.2 mm dia (OD) for liquid line / suction line supply and return piping of suitable gauge ( hard drawn copper pipe for liquid main line and for refrigerant ) along with necessary supports, hangers, clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees, valves, gauges, strainers without insulation complete with OEM standards of air conditioning system.

Supply & fixing of 4 sqmm x 4 core copper flexible Cable from outdoor to indoor unit with proper lugs & terminations etc as required.

Supply & Laying of 50 mm UPVC pipe for suitable elbow & coupling required for Drainage line connected from indoor unit to nearest drainage system & as per directions of E-I-C.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of duct mounted on dampers of required sizes made up of GI metal sheet construction complete with opening & mounting arrangement etc. complete including Tiles cutting for laying the dainage line from Indoor unit to nearby drainage system & reffiling the same by applying cement concrete morter Or suitable adhesive compound of the filling agent.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manually operated, opposed blade, duct mounted, Jet nozzle of required sizes in GI construction complete with mounting arrangement, rubber refrigerant kits etc. complete.

Reinstallation, Testing & Commissioning of the existing package unit along with control panels & its cable wiring etc with complete accessories.

Providing & erecting Hot dipped galvanized perforated type cable tray manufactured from 16 swg (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 200 mm width & 75 mm height complete with necessary coupler plates & hardware in approved manner.

Providing & fixing of main drainage lines at various 03 Nos. of AHU's rooms (AHU No. 08, 29 & 107) including floor core cutting (4'' size) & laying of DWR 4" pipe, elbow, coupling & adhesive etc. as required including labour charges.

Providing & fixing of Aluminium composite panels at various AHUs units as per the same colour code including making of structure by aluminium pipe as per suitable size & joint filler including repairing work as per site requirement (Excluding material)
