Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 10 cusec V.T pump unit no.01 of lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-I using appropriate means of transport like Mahindra Bolero, Tata mobile up to lead of 10 km/trip.

Complete assembling of V.T pump parts after proper cleaning, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.

Extra per additional column pipe (02 No) over corresponding column pipe size.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeves for shaft three no as per sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M bush with rubber insert to center kit assembly as per sample. (02 No).

Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M bush with rubber insert to suction bell mouth as per sample.

Repairs to non-reverse ratchet plate of V.T pump by way of turning, finishing, patching on lock grooves for its actual position etc. The job also includes the charge for repairs to bearing housing by way of welding etc for proper fitment of damaged part. The job also includes the charge of cotter, lock nut as per sample etc item which ever required for the completion of work. The job also includes Repairs to damaged SS shafts at various spots by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality SS electrodes (Ador/ Advani/ ESAB makes) and then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimensions and profile of the shaft 65mm.

Supply of Palmetto packing for three pumping units.

Providing and filling of M.oil of reputed make.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of muff couplings of SS as per sample.

Repairs to MS Strainer of 10 Cusec VT pump by way of replacement of damaged / Rusted sq bars with new ones (05 kg), nuts and bolts (05 kg) for the completion of work. The job also includes repairs to main shutter of Pump station by way of welding work with the help skilled labours, D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder for completing the repair work.
