PART-1 OUTSOURCING SERVICES Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of RO Plant at central park of capacity 10000 ltrs/hrs by deploying one experienced qualified skilled mechanic cum operator, round the clock including Sunday and holidays in three shifts per day of 08 hours each (Ist shift from 0600hrs to 1400hrs, IInd shift from 1400hrs to 2200hrs and IIIrd shift from 2200hrs to 0600hrs) complete inclusive of daily maintenance of equipments. The installation and work to be executed as given below & as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Scope of Work for srl item No. 1 comprises:- (i) Main panel Board having main incommer MCCB 250A, 36kA, 4 Pole (ii) Automatic panel having main incommer MCCB 250A, 36 kA, 3 Pole L&T -01 No. (iii) LT panel having main incommer MCCB 125A, 36 kA, 3 Pole L&T -01 No. (iv) UG Sump 50000 ltrs-02 Nos (v) 5.5 KW VT monoblock pump and motor-02 Nos (vi) Filter Media-01 No. (vii) Primary filter with SS casing-02 Nos having 10 filter each of 30 inch height. (viii) High pressure VT monoblock pump and motor of capacity 15 KW-02 Nos. (ix) Membrane tubes 3 Nos having 5 membrane each (x) PH Controller tank with blower and motor-01 No. (xi) Clear water VT monoblock pump and motor of capacity 5.5 KW -02 Nos. (xii) 7.5 KW monoblock pump and motor for cleaning of membrane for citric acid tank with two filters of 20 inch height. (xiii) 06 Nos Chemical dosing pump with tank capacity 100 ltrs. (xiv) Operation of valves for feeding of Block Nos-A,B,C,D,E,P-25,P-28,Nag choudhary, Bhagwantam hostel,Raman hostel,& PVC tanks at Mandhir, complaint cell, NGO, Transit facilities and further to DSC lines SSPL outer,inside DIPR with 3 HP monoblock Pump and motor. (xv) Cleaning of RO plant room and five meters around the outside of building and roof. (xvi) Bore well with submersible pump set 5 HP / 7.5 HP capacity. Make : KSB. (xvii) Maint and operation of all the Valves and Pipe lines in the RO plant room.

(v) Raw water VT monoblock pump and motor of capacity 7.5 HP-02 Nos. (vi) Filter Media-02 Nos & Softener with air blower-01 Nos. (vii) High pressure VT monoblock pump and motor of capacity 22 KW-02 Nos. (viii) Membrane tubes 4 Nos having 5 membrane each including 20 inch filters-12 Nos. (ix) PH Controller tank with one blower and 02 Nos monoblock pump and motor of capacity 1.2 KW. (x) PVC RO water tank 04 Nos having capacity 10000 ltrs each. (xi) 5.5 KW VT monoblock pump and motor for cleaning of membrane for citric acid tank with two filters of 20 inch height. (xii) Clear water pump and motor 5.5 KW -02 Nos. (xiii) Supply soft water for bathing & cleaning having VT monoblock pump and motor of capacity 7.5 HP-02 Nos. (xiv) Supply water for flushing having VT monoblock pump and motor of capacity 7.5 HP-02 Nos.

Notes : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following :- (i) Operator cum mechanic (skilled) shall be of Diploma/ITI passed with having training certificate in relevent trade not less than three year shall be employed for each shift.. (ii) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC , Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (iii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (v) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.

(vi) Contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, duty roster attendance register and spare for repair/renewal of parts register, earth register, serviceability register of lifts and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge. Proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made. (viii) Two pairs of uniform with name plate of operator & firm and shoes shall be provided to each operator by the contractor. (ix) Cleaning of complete equipments, greasing, tightening of nuts , bolts will be carried out by the operator employed by the contractor. (x) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation. (xi) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (xii) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor.

(xiii) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xiv) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation. (xv) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings of equipments for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-Charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xvi) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvii) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval.

PART-II: REPAIR/MAINT WORK Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring for light/socket/power socket complete fitting light fittings, switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, socket etc except light fitting and making good distrubed surfaces on walls, ceiling, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one point wiring for lights/fans with PVC insulated FR LSH unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm including earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm in and including Concealed PVC conduit 20mm dia ISI marked medium quality including Metal Flush sheet box and white modular Inner/Outer cover plate with frame, for light and fan/call bell including cutting chases for concealed conduit where required and making good to wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 5.00 above but for 5 pin switch socket outlet 5 Amp independent.

All as per srl item No 5.00 above but for 5 pin switch socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switches complete all as specified.

M&L for one point wiring with PVC insulated FR LSH unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm including earth wire of size 4.0 Sqmm in Concealed PVC conduit 25mm dia ISI marked medium quality including Metal Flush sheet box and white modular Inner/Outer cover plate with frame, for 15 amps power point including cutting chases for concealed conduit where required and making good to wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one point wiring of any length as per site requirment with PVC insulated FR LSH unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm including earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm in existing concealed conduit excluding MS sheet box and modular top sheet top cover, for light and fan/call bell and including cutting chases and sinking where required complete all as specified and as directed.
