Round the clock Operation & Maintenance of various electromechanical services as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized manpower and by arranging required tools and plant etc to keep all the services operational upto the required standards. (For Telecom Factory only) A) Services included are: (1) EI & Fans (2) Compound Lighting (3) Substation (4) Pumps (5) Electrical Panels, DB's (6) Window & Split AC units (7) Heating & cooling appliances (8) Fire Extinguishers Contractors to take all steps to undertake preventive / special maintenance and testing to keep the system at optimum working condition. Size of various services is given in Section - I B) Minimum Staff Required: Wireman (semiskilled): 1 No. per shift into 3 shifts (shift as decided by Engineer in charge) Note: If more persons are required for satisfactory operation/maintenance, the same shall be arranged by the firm at no extra cost as and when required.

SH- II (Petty Maintenance work of EMS):- Supply of following material for repairing & attending petty maintenance work by engaging manpower available with above operation work(in SH-I) or with extra skilled manpower if required for repairing of Substation, HT/LT panels, capacitor panels, existing wiring work like fluorescent fitting, ceiling fans, wall/pedestal fans, Main board, Sub Main board, Compound Lighting, water pumps & switchgears, Geysers, Split AC, water coolers, etc i/c dismantling, connection, fixing, testing etc as required (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. Carrying out preventive maintenance of 11KV/433V, 3000 KVA dry type transformer which incldes cleaning of complete transformer, tightening of HT LT connection, megger test, checing of IR value, checking of contact resistance, testing parameters as per standards as reqd.

Carrying out preventive maintenance of LT ACB which includes cleaning of contacts by CRC-2-26, lubrication of mechanism, checking ON OFF operation, IR value, contact resistance, electrical & mechanical interlock complete as reqd. A) 800A - 1600A (Seimens, model- 3WT8, WL1600H)

Carrying out preventive maintenance of capacitor panel which includes cleaning of contacts by CRC-2-26, incomer MCCBs, outgoing SDFU, contactors, checking of all capacitor currents, tightening all connections, Testing of APFC relay for operation in Auto & Manual mode as reqd.

Carrying out testing of earth electrodes and measurement of earth resistance of earthing as reqd.

Supply & fixing of under voltage coil with proper alignment of mechanism, checking of electrical interlocking of LT ACB mechanically & electrically as reqd.
