PART A - DUCTABLE SPLIT AC WORKS

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 11.0 TR inverter type ductable Split Air-conditioner each complete with scroll compressor, air cooled condensor, GSS casing, filters, cooling coils, fan motors, insulated copper refrigerant piping as per drawing, control wiring, refrigerant controls and accessories, including MICRO-PROCESSOR CONTROL with indication lamps for the operation of the system with thermostat fixed in the respective rooms to adjust the temperature according to the equipments requirements with Micro- processor control panel for each machine. Tenderer to elaborate the features of Micro- processor panel. GI painted frame works for outdoor units & making good of civil works. Control cabling of units to be included in this work. Refrigerant shall be R 410. <br>Note:- The rate shall be inclusive of GST

Supply and fixing of 18/20 Gauge hard copper refrigerant piping between outdoor<br>units and indoor units with 19mm thick nitrile rubber insulation for Liquid copper pipe line.

Supply and fixing of 18/20 Gauge hard copper refrigerant piping between outdoor<br>units and indoor units with 19mm thick nitrile rubber insulation for discharge copper pipe line.

Supply and fixing in position of condensate drain water & indoor unit drain to the floor trap piping with 19mm thick nitrile rubber insulation and with necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers etc.Openings as good as same. 25mm PVC drain pipe

Supply, fabricate, handle and erect factory fabricated GSS ducting as per drawing, complete with all fittings such as tee bends, special off-chutes, turning vanes, splitter dampers, ins.doors, transformation pieces slip on flanges etc. as reqd. as per IS 655 including suspension and supporting arrangement for plenums, ducts, complete as reqd. and as per specs.(only hitech supports shall be used) wall opening as good as same. 0.63mm GSS ducting in sq.m.

Supply, fixing, balancing, and commissioning of louvers type smooth supply air duct dampers made of extruded aluminium linkage, lever, fixing arrangement etc.complete brass bushings

DUCT INSULATION & LINING - Thermal insulation - Supply and fixing of 9 mm thick class 0 nitrile rubber insulation with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacture with density 45-55kg/m3.

Acoustic Insulation - Supply & fixing of 10 mm thick class 1 acoustic insulation with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacture with density 140-180kg/m3

Supply & fixing of 19 mm thick class O nitrile rubber insulaiton (for non ac area) with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacture with density 45- 55kg/m3

Exposed roof insulation - Supply & fixing of 12 mm thick class O nitrile rubber insulation with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacture with density 45-55kg/m3

PART B -ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supply and installation of sheet steel, phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof enclosure of MCB DB including copper /brass bus bar, neutral link, earth bus and DIN rail suitable for fixing MCB/ isolator etc. fixed on wall using suitable anchor bolts or fixed in recess including cutting hole on the wall ,making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required 4 way (8+12) - double cover TPN vertical DB with provision for fixing 4P MCB / Isolator/ RCCB/ RCBO as incomer and SP/ TP MCB as outgoing (IP 42/43)

Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & FRLS PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes. 3 core 2.50 sq.mm

Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & FRLS PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes. 4 core 4.00 sq.mm

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required. 3.5 core 25 sq mm with factory made clamp

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3 1/2X25 sq.mm (28mm)

Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required 3.15 mm copper conductor ( 10 SWG).

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Triple pole and neutral.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63 amps

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current upto 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63 amps
