Construction of covered walkway inside Jyothirmaya Compound

Dismantling of existing ACP sheet manually / by mechanically with out any damage to existing building including stacking serviceable material with in the site properly and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metes lead from the site as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metes lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

Anchoring to existing building beam with M24x300 8.8 grade AM rod upto 200mm depth in concrete with Hilti Re 500v4 chemical. Including drilling, all cost of materials and installation charges etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Size of existing building beam is assumed as 30x60cm)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting and hire charges for lifting the truss roof with mobile crane, fixing in position and applying 2 coat of epoxy primer and 2 or more coat of epoxy paint in 2 pack system, welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Providing and installing self supported high grade pre-coated Galvalume roofing sheet of 701mm profile 0.8mm thick, grey colour Bhushan/Tata/JSW/Dongkuk or equivalent with minimum material strength of 300MPA with an Aluminium Zinc coating of 150grams/sqm, using self drilling/self tapping screws preferred fasteners Hilti or equivalent including all cost of materials, conveyance and labours etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of 10mm aggregate nominal size, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Alumini um sheets (each0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date. 4C 6 Sq.mm Al

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 4C 6 Sq.mm Al

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall / surface as required. Cable size upto 35sq mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Cable size upto 35sq mm

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Note: The total distance from the switch box to the point will not exceed 5mtr, incase if length increases above 5 metres, the wiring shall be measured under item 228)

Group controlled light point with 1.5 sq. mm wire - Wiring for Group controlled light point (from one point to another point) with 3X 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, (FRLS), copper conductor cable in surface/recessed mounted rigid medium class 20mm PVC conduit with all accessories as required. ( Note: This item does not include the cost of MCB or 16Amp/ 6Amp one way switches. The total distance from one point to another point will not exceed 5meters. In case if the total length increases 5meters, the additional lengtth shall be measured under item 50. The distance from DB to 1st point will be measured under item point wiring.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supply of LED surface mounted down light made of die cast aluminium, along with driver,system wattage of 20+/-2 Watts,lumen output of lamp greater than 900 lumens, power factor >= 0.9,rated life of L70 @ 20,000 hours, Neutral light and including all necessary accessories as required complete. (Brand and Model:- Philips Surface COB or equivalent approved make mentioned in tender documents)

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED/ fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of of LED bollards with not more than 650 mm in height. LED lamp 9+/2W in the fixture. The body shall be powder coated extruded aluminium. Luminaries provided with LED driver suitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz single phase ac supply. The fixture shall have IP65 class protection shall be provided with all accessories and civil foundations. (Brand and Model:- Philips 58171 or equivalent approved make mentioned in tender documents)

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of maintenance free earthing using 4 mtrs length, 20mm dia 250 microns molecularly copper bonded steel rod, stainless stell connectors and fasteners for connecting earth strip.The earth electrode shall be filled with earth enhancing compound (12.5 kg mineral compound / 22.6 kg low resistivity graphite compound).FRP (UFE FRP)Earth electrode inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the Earth Rod. The dimension shall be 300mmx 300mmx 300mm with a weight bearing capacity of 15KN.The item shall be inclusive of installation charges,including digging bore,providing all required accessories like terminal connector,screw for fixing earth pit cover etc.

Supplying and laying Copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm). 10 SWG Cu
