Attending the following day to day maintenance complaints and repair works of Md and OTM accn upto multi level storeys upto 12 storeys (including mumty/machine room etc) at Sector I & II of SMA Rameswaram Quarters and rectify the complaints to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Complaints will be attended on Sunday/Holiday also. (ii) Complaints/Job cards shall be collected from complaint cell by 0900 Hrs everyday and trade men should submit the feedback of complaints the same day by 1730 Hrs. (iii) The trademen shall wear uniform incl all necessary safety gear.

M & L for rendering 8mm thick in CM 1:4 using liquid WPC over 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and fair without using extra cement at any floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm over one coat of plaster of paris putty, to get a smooth and tint free surface, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distempering with first quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete all as per the manufacturer instructions complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of wall by brooming down, filling the cracks properly and finally washing with water jet of wall and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm or nearest available size as approved, white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of cement concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs plastic water closet seat, black or white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm or nearest available size as approved including taps, waste coupling, chain and plug and including brackets/ fixing with bolts etc. as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling and fixing of Nozzle: Make groove at every 150mm c/c in the brick masonry wall/concrete surface wall or roof perpendicular to the direction of crack. Provide 20 mm dia nozzle for the grouting. Provide 8 mm dia reinforcement perpendicular to the direction of the crack complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate shall include the cost of all the operations and etc complete.

M&L for injection of cement grout: Prepare AR mortar in the ratio of 1:3. Add 1 litre of Nitobond AR per bag of cement or any equivalent to the above mortar mix and apply to the primed concrete surface using a trowel. The dosage of AR shall be 1 lit per bag of cement. Grout the same using cement grout mixed with copolymer (SBR) of 1 lit per bag of cement and cut the nozzle after completing. Fill up the crack using the same and followed by a smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate shall include the cost of all the operations and etc complete.

Chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC column, beam, flights, landing, railing and slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars including the rent of tools, scaffolding complete at any height and labour charges for dumping the debris within a radius of 100 meters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) or Amandur, (Manufactured by GK Technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding cost of brush etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) over the exposed steel reinforcements after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement rods in one square meter area including the cost of all materials rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint brush, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and cost of painting brushes etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix E-55(Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials rent of all accessories and tools, scaffolding and supporting materials, labour charges, welding new bar with old bars, including the cost of steel bars complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and provisioning high strength Polymer Mortar Renderoc SP 40 (max 120 mm thick) (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) to any thickness for beam and column. Fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, and labour charges, water tight formwork etc. all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge
