Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick polished area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 sqm, of any shade and any pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - 1) The Colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. 2) No extra cost shall be allowed for removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and labour for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles of any shade and any pattern of six (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm 7 to 8-10mm thick, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - 1) The Colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. 2) No extra cost shall be allowed for removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic Coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or platform etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite 18 mm thick of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, treads jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, other platforms and like in over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified including pointing in white cement or colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite (including moulding etc.) and rounding and moulding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats/ frame without taking off shutter from the frame not exc 1.50 Sqm each including complete accessories of any type complete all as specified and as directed.
