Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting holder etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit(credit for above items should be made as per conitions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :Rate for dismantling for Srl Item No. 4.00 to 9.00 included in this item.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

One light point controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

One 3 pin 5 amp socket out point on the same board with other switches, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

One 3 pin 5 amps socket out let point on independent board, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per same in item No 2.00 above but for one socket outlet 15 amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq. mm cable and 1.5 Sq.mm. earth wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair Ultra bright glass 20W LED tubelight (LT8-20-865-2)with very high efficacy suited for installation in existing T8 fitting with G13 lamp holders as crystal glass LED Tubelight (Double Side Connection), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old and UNSV DBs SPN/TPN complete with MCB TPN/SPN/SP, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair MCB DB 8 Way Sheet metal enclosure factory made for DBs single pole and neutral double door 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar fixed on walls, including dressing and connecting both incoming and outgoing cable termination with proper taping, lagging testing and commissioning and making good of wall, surfaces all as specified and directed.
