Washing and cleaning of Boiling house equipments and vessels inside and outside, like Juice heaters, Juice sulphiters, syrup sulphiters, DCH, clarifiers, vacuum filters, sulphur furnace, MOL preparation units, Evaporator station, all Pumps and their surrounding areas, vacuum pans, molasses supply tanks, crystallizers, run off tanks, centrifugal machines, Pug mills, Magma Mixture, Sugar Melter, Hopper, Sugar Elevators, Grader, Sugar bin ,Drier house area, Spray pound, Surround wall of boiling house, Top & side sheets of boiling house etc. including platforms of each station. complete washing and cleaning of Boiling house and its floor after end of season and making ready for further off season maintenance and preservation. This exclude tube cleaning job. This has to be completed within two weeks from the date of end of crushing season.
