Welding by gas or electric plant including transportion of plant at site etc. complete as per standard design.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing 1st class quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. 600 mm X 300 mm in all shades and design

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles:- 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Taking out doors,windows and clerestory window shutters (steelorwood) including stacking within 50 metres lead Of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic poly-propylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thick of 2.25 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required i. Instringers, treads, landing etc. of staircases including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.Treatment Plant Clariflocculator Unit
