For preparing of multicolour Sketch/Illustarative Design, The design will be made in the stipulated size of the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India including charges for carrying out corrections/modifications/changes etc. in the sketch Design as per the directive of the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Defence

For Fabrication of the Tableau as per the approved 3-D Model with best quality Salwood, Commerial plywood and plyboard including construction of supper-structure with iron angles, rods etc making of creative items with fibre glass materials, inclusing clay mdeling plasters of paris, paper mache, coco-fiber, imputs that may be necessary and as per the suggestions of the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Defence. Arrangements of hidden sound system with high powered battery and arrangements of constant presence of sound technician during the entire rehearsal period on the day of final rehearsal and on the day of actual show will be made. The cost included attendance of rehearsals of the Ministry of Defence, all material, labour welding, painting, live artists etc. including fitting of the elements and time to time modification as suggested by the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Defence including al charges.

Provision of live artists and other performers as per approved concept and making arrangements of composing, recording of the approved music in Digital mode in a hi-tech studio and playing suitable music as per the theme of the tableau, making all necessary arrangements of Choreography.
