Dismantling Unserviceable/ Rusted Members of Mild Steel Work of any description from Pressed Steel Overhead Tank of Size 7.50x5.00x2.50 Metre having 80000 Litre Capacity at 5.00 Metre High Staging by Cutting/Unscrewing Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. after Disconnecting Rising Mains, Delivery and Drain Pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing (Rising Mains, Delivery & Drain Pipes) 100mm bore (dia) and Connections/ Fittings of any description from any Situations, Serviceable Pipes keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Angle Iron 40x40x6.0mm to 65x65x6.0mm as Frame Work (Supports, Cross, etc.) of Pressed Steel Overhead Tank 5.00 Metre High Staging and Similar Work, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 and fixing with Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Gasket, etc. will be Measured & Paid separately under appropriate Items.

M&L Pressed Steel Plates of Size 1250x1250x6.0mm thick (or nearest/existing Size) as Bottom of Pressed Steel Overhead Tank 5.00 Metre High Staging, conforming to IS, Making Leak Proof with Lead Wools, Rubber Gaskets, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Lead Wools and Other Jointing Materials (as required/ ordered) will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate. However, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Rubber Gaskets, etc. will be Measured & Paid separately under appropriate Items.

M&L Mild Steel Sheets 3.15mm thick as Top Cover of Pressed Steel Overhead Tank 5.00 Metre High Staging, conforming to IS, Fixing with Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Hinges, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Mild Steel Hinges (as required/ ordered) will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate. However, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. will be Measured.

M&L Mild Steel Box of Size 200x200x130mm, made out of 8.0mm thick Mild Steel Plates, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, providing Holes for fixing Mild Steel Angles, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (Machine made), Dia of Neck 11mm to 15mm dia and Length of Bolt exc. 50mm but not exc. 100mm with Hexagonal or Square Heads at One End and screwed the Other, or screwed Both Ends, Each screwed End to be fitted with 3.0mm thick Washers and One Hexagonal or Square Nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rubber Gasket 6.0mm thick (Sizes of Rubber Gasket as per Site requirment /as ordred), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sealing Surfaces (Previously Untreated Surfaces Pressed Steel Overhead Tank 5.00 Metre High Staging and Making Leakage Proof with Lead Wool, etc. including Leakage Proof Testing for Seven Days, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing Steel Surfaces of Pressed Steel Overhead Tank 80000 LITRE Capacity having 5.00 Metre High Steel Stagging, Cleaning completely and Applying Two Coats of Black Bituminous Paint (suitable for Drinking Water purpose) to Inside of Pressed Steel Overhead Water Tank and all Connected Assesories like all GI Pipes, Valves, Other Fittings, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing Steel Surfaces of Pressed Steel Overhead Tank 80000 LITRE Capacity and 5.00 Metre High Steel Stagging, Over 10 Cm in Width or Girth, not otherwise described and Applying Two Coats of Aluminium Paint over a Coat of Aluminium Red Oxide Primer, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Materials viz Bamboos, Coconut String, Munj, etc. required for construction of Temporary Structure on Outside of Sump will be arranged by the Contractor at his Own Arrangement & Cost and the same will be include in the Quoted Unit Rate. No Extra Amount shall be Paid separately on this account.

S&F Steel Water Tubing 100mm bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings, Connections and Flanged Jointed, laid in Trenches or laid any other Situation, complete as all specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks will be Measured and Paid separately under appropriate Items.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 100mm bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings, Fixing to OH Tanks, Walls, Floors, etc. or any other Situation, complete as all specified and as directed.

Refixing Steel Tubing 100mm bore (dia) and Connections (Old Serviceable Pipes and Connections obtained from Item No. 2 here-in-before) in New or Old Position of OH Tanks, Walls, Floors, etc. including Cleaning both Inner and Outer Surfaces of Pipes by using Wire Brush including provision of New GI Fittings/ Connections (as required/ ordered), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cast Iron Sluice Valve 100mm bore (dia), Operation-cap, both sides Flanged, ISI Marked (IS:14846-2000 & Class PN 1.6) having Cast Iron Hand Wheel, Brass Spindle, Cheek Nuts and Sliding Gate and Body with Mild Steel Bolts & Nuts and Testing against Leakage including Taking out/ down Unserviceable Sluice Valve, complete all as specified and as directed.
