Bidder should produce a certificate for having successfully supplied manpower to govt office.
Bidder shall be in a position to pay salaries to the employees for three months.
Bidder should have obtained licence from labour department to supply man power services like sweepers, security personnel and cleaners (safai workers)
Bidder should have obtained trade licence if applicable from local govt and it must be valid.
Bidder should have ESI registration valid certificate.
Bidder should have a valid EPF registration certificate.
Bidder should have financial transaction of having supplied manpower for not less than the estimated amount in last financial years.
Bidder should have GSTIN and filed GSTR for last financial year.
Bidder should have PAN and filed ITR for last financial year.
