SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM T-07 TO FOL AT 447 COY ASC (SUP) TYPE G UNDER GE DEHRADUN

M&L for repair to path holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal , watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted to rquired gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi - dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix , paved bitumen by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver , rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces (using paving bitumen VG - 30) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned suraface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primeriming / tack coat with bituminous primer ( Paving bitumen VG - 10 ) at 5 Kg / 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white / yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder , glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
