S&F Loop in loop out box of FRP made with IP 65 protection of thermoplasic of size 205 x 255 x 112mm with metric knockouts for cable entry and exit, Combi climate Cable Glands of IP 66/ IP 67 for cable entry and Grommets IP 65 for conduit for cable exit with MCB 6 Amps, 10 kA, C Curve Overload and Short Circuit protection, terminals as PVC connector heavy duty 32Amps,4 way for cable with necessary fixing arrangemets and with cable glands, etc all as specified and directed.
M&L for valve chamber of internal size 1.0x1.0x1.0m comprising of 50mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 foundation, 200mm thick brick wall in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and externally up to 50mm below GL,100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B1 as in copings,3mm thick MS sheet cover with suitable hinges and locking arrangement, painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB norms 415 Volts 100 KVA, 3 Phase, 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS-4722, BS-5514/2613/5000 with AMF Panel and including the following (One DG for Mag-1 & one for Mag-2).
(i) Insulation class-'H‘ (ii) Temperature rise Class-'H‘ (iii) Excitation: Self Excited (iv) Regulation Performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/-1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/-5% (v) Frequency regulation +/-1%
(B) Diesel Engine: Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as approved by the Accepting Officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:
(i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) Cooling System: Moulded radiator with fan & belts (iii) Cooling Water Pump: Centrifugal type belt driven (iv) Exhaust System: Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of 150mm dia. with MS pipe light grade up to & outside and 1 meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. Exhaust gas turbo charger type. Exhaust manifold Silencer: Residual type Bellows (v) Fuel System: Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by electronic governor for 1% speed/ frequency regulation, Fuel filters, Fuel hoses. (vi) Lub oil System: Lubricating oil filter, Lubricating oil pump (vii) Air Intake System: Air intake Manifold, Air cleaner dry type (viii) Governor: Electronic Governor (ix) Starting System: Electric Self starter with maintenance free battery including battery charging alternator

(xii) Safety Controls: Engine low lube oil pressure high water temperature and over speeding of engine (xiii) Coupling Arrangement: Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. (xiv) Accessories: AVM Pads built in enclosure and for entire unit on platform. (xv) Base Frame: Should be provided as OEM norms. (A) Alternator: Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (Lag) power factor AC, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/-1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/-1% tolerance. The alternator

will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS-2613/5000/IS-4722.
(iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be out side the enclosure in the sub station building.
(v) Construction details/specification are as follows: (a) Outer body: CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (b) Doors: CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (c) Sound Insulation: As per OEM Norms (vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit
(vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform (viii) The fuel tank is to be located in Sub Station Building and cost of the fuel lines is deemed to be included in the offer
(ix) The DG Set should be provided with external emergency stop push button (x) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED lamp fittings
(xi) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. (xii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen Set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade
(E) The coated rate includes excavation, removing of soft/loose soil and PCC, cement concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, foundation size not less than 4.6x3.0x0.8m for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: 1. The tenderer shall submit the detail, drawing, specification, features to the accepting officer and obtain approval before the procurement of equipment. 2. The tenderer shall make necessary arrangements for predespatch inspection from rep of Accepting Officer. 3. Testing & commissioning certificate shall be obtained from rep. of AO/IEM.
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
Cutting existing DI/MS pipe line of 150 mm dia for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down and inserting Tee of 150 x 150 x 150 mm and including Tee for tapping all as specified and directed.
Supplying and laying ductile pipe flange type centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9 of 150 mm dia pipe conforming to IS-8329 including provision of specials, such as tees, elbows,bends reducers, taper pieces, including testing and commissioning.
S & F branch pipe of 20 mm dia for hose reel conforming to IS 8090 all as specified and directed.

M &L cutting the existing road/ hard standing for laying of pipeline of size (200mm/150mm/100mm) including refiling with soil & making good surface with PCC 1:3:6 C-2 TYPE using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as directed including removing the excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified.
S & F hosebox for hose reel of 20 mm size of 30 mtr lengthh including 20 mm gate valve, coupling, branch pipe and nozzle and MS sheet 2 mm thick ( Note : Considered to keep hose reel of 20 mm under relevant iItem) all as specified and directed.

(viii) The tenderer shall submit MoU from the original manufacturer of the lift for comprehensive maintenance to undertake comprehensive maintenance during and after Defects Liability Period directly or through their nearest authorized/accredited agencies service personnel. The MoU shall be submitted at least 06 months prior to issue of completion certificate of main contract as per Work Order No I.
Carrying out Integrity test on 750 mm dia pile all as per IS2911 Part-IV complete all as specified and as directed. Note fot Item Nos.21 to 25: Test results shall be approved by the CWE. The GE shall intimate CWE before commencing the load test and the test shall be carried out in the presence of the authorised representative detailed by the CWE.

Outsourcing of services for operaion of Goods lifts (2 x 2000 Kgs capacity) of any type and make to serve G+1 floors, during First Year of the two year Defect Liability Period by providing services of One Lift Operator (Semi Skilled) per One Shift/day on excluding all Sundays, Holidays & 2nd Saturdays including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of lifts to the entire satisfication of users/department including attending telephonic complaints, maintaining necessary records and documents etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for Outsourcing Services Items: (i) The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift shall be from 0630 hours to 1430 Hours and Second Shift shall be from 1430 Hours to 2230 Hours. (iii) In case of non-function of passenger lift, the Goods Lift installed in the same building shall be operated as directed. (iv) The work shall be supervised by adequately qualified supervisor with relevant experience of minimum 5 years items under BoQ shall be deemed to be including the same. (v) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair/replacement of perished/unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning/up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
