M & L for paving bituminous premixed design mix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8-10 ton power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting to required shape,level and gradient including vibrating by power roller exc. 8 tonne and n. exc 12 tonne roller and well rammed with power rammers to achieve 98% Procter density complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150 mm granulated sub base of grading V of table 400.1 of MORTH compacted over sub grade as per MORTH specification, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of min 8 tonne to 15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency at OMC to achieve 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 250 mm granulated sub base of grading V of table 400.1 of MORTH compacted over sub grade as per MORTH specification, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of min 8 tonne to 15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency at OMC to achieve 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layer of 75 mm each with coarse aggregates of specified grade as per table 400.13 of MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete mechanical paver/grader and tendem vibratory roller/earth compactor of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne at OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code on prepared subgrade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick DLC mix design using minimum cement 180 kg/cum and 7 days compresive strength 10 kg/sqcm using crushed stone graded aggregates as in mass concrete including necessary steel form work incl spreading, rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber aggregate gradation shall be as per table 600.1 of MORTH all as specified.

Supply & Laying layer of 400 Micron HDPE Sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 10mm compacted thickness sand layer confirming to SSR-I clause 20.B.2.5.3 below HDPE sheet including spreading levelling, well ramming and watering as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for pavement quality conrete (PQC) mix design150 MM thick of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm using of minimum 400 kg/cum cement & admixture as per design mix including mixing of non circular polyster synthetic fiber as per desgin mix including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm wide expansion joint to full depth (150 mm) of concrete slab filled with compressible filler board HD-100 and sealed with polyurethane joint sealant compound using masking tape on edges using mechanical means to a depth of 15mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 30mm dia (approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod separatated by bond breaker tape) over polymer board in position as required all as per Manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming 25 mm wide expansion joint to full depth (400mm) of concrete slab filled with compressible filler board HD-100 and sealed with polyurethane joint sealant compound using masking tape on edges using mechanical means to a depth of 15mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) back up road shall confirming to ASTM C 1016-1994A, ASTM D 3575-1993 and ASTM 5249-1992 with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 30mm dia (approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod separatated by bond breaker tape) over polymer board in position as required all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Joint sealent shall confirm to IRC SP-57 - 2010, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only non circular polyster synthetic fibre as secondary reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming construction joint 10mm wide and 25 mm deep with diamond cutter and provision of closed cell polyurethane back up rod 12 mm dia and sealed with 12 mm (minimum depth of above back up rod) back up road shall confirming to ASTM C 1016-1994A, ASTM D 3575-1993 and ASTM 5249-1992 including pitch free polyurethane sealant conforming to BS- 5212 (Type FB) priming the site as recommended by manufactures instruction and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top of the surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after the sealant is applied and Joint sealent shall confirm to IRC SP-57 - 2010, the sealant should have MAF (+) (-) 30 and manufactures warranty of 10 years as used in international Airport in India complete all as specifed.

M&L for forming 1/3rd depth of PQC x 8 mm wide contraction (dummy) joint (using diamond cutter) (depth minimum above the back up rod 10 mm dai) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accommodation Factor (MKAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/wa10mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod over joint filler board in position, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as shown on drawings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing expansion joint between Rigid and flexible surface upto full depth of resurfacing and filling with top 10mm with polyurethane (Black colour, Mastic Asphalt sealant) duly supported with back up rod all as specified. complete all as specified and as directed.

Provided & Laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of M-40 grade confirming to IS : 15658(2006) with approved colour design & pattern as in footpath, parks , lawn, drive way or light traffic parking etc of reqd strength, thickness & size / shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould laid in reqd colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern , finishing and sweeping extra sand all as per specified and directed.

S & F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape , drilled and countersunk for screw , including bending and welding angles , as necessary gusset plates , reveting , etc n . Exc. 10 Kg each brackets , conforming to FE 290 Gde E- 165 (Bracket over 10 Kg each to be measured under ' Structural Steel") complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, bore of pipe in 110 mm, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning of lined/pucca drain of any description or any shape etc exceeding 0.50 sqm in cross section area by excavating mud in any situation including cutting and cleanign all shurbs , grass vegetation, plants etc from in side portion fo drain as well as on both side of drain (at ground level) to a distance of 1.5m on both side and removing the same to a distance upto 500m and disposting where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing crack in bitumen surface exceeding 4mm wide at top and 50 to 75 mm deep in V shape groove with a cutter /rounter machine cleaning with compressed air using compressor , brushing hard and filling crack with rubbersed bitumen as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for correction layer with dense asphaltic concrete Gde-I with PMB 76 E-10( Mix design for marshall stability 1200 Kg ) as per table 50.17 of MORTH specification in single layer minimum 5.4 % binder content by the wt of total mix (EXCEPT BINDER) using hot mix plant , spread , rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber using mechanical sensor paver and tendem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and not exc 15 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed. Cement will be used as filler at a minimum 2 % by wt of total mix. ( Note: PMB Will be paid separately in subsequent item)

M&L for 75 mm premixed DBM Gde-II Corretion layer (Compacted thickness) with grade 2 as per MORTH specification in single layer using minimum 4.5% binder content by wt of total mix (Mix Design) , with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 using hot mix plant spread , rolled and consolidattion to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and tandom vibratory roller of capacity execeeding 8 ton & n exc 15 ton capacity with marshal stability not less than 900 kg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm premixed consolidated thickness dense asphaltic concrete Gde-I with PMB 76 E-10( Mix design for marshall stability 1200 Kg ) as per MORTH specification in single layer minimum 5.4 % binder content by the wt of total mix (EXCEPT BINDER) using hot mix plant , spread , rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber using mechanical sensor paver and tendem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and not exc 15 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed. Cement will be used as filler at a minimum 2 % by wt of total mix. ( Note: PMB Will be paid separately in subsequent item) Note: Each layer of 50mm shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 50 mm premixed consolidated thickness dense asphaltic concrete Gde-I with PMB 76 E-10(Mix design for marshall stability 1400 Kg ) as per MORTH specification in single layer minimum 5.4 % binder content by the wt of total mix (EXCEPT BINDER) using hot mix plant , spread , rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber using mechanical sensor paver and tendem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and not exc 15 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed as per para 2.9 of TI-09-2009. Cement will be used as filler at a minimum 2 % by wt of total mix ( Note: PMB Will be paid separately in subsequent item).

M&L for 40 mm premixed consolidated thickness dense asphaltic concrete Gde-II with PMB 76 E-10( Mix design for marshall stability 1400 Kg ) as per MORTH specification in single layer minimum 5.6 % binder content by the wt of total mix (EXCEPT BINDER) using hot mix plant , spread , rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber using mechanical sensor paver and tendem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and not exc 15 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed. Cement will be used as filler at a minimum 2 % by wt of total mix ( Note: PMB Will be paid separately in subsequent item) , .

M & L for painting to lines, dashes (continous/uninterrupted) arrows on road, pavement exceeding 10cm width two coats of paint over coat of primer including preparation of surfaces with approved water based paint using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of ready mixed water based paint over a coat of primer road marking paint on bituminus layer with and encluding as in lines , dashes, arros , letters etc all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and fabrication of illuminated prismatic information sign board, made out of 2mm thick aluminium frame with suitable support with 4mm thick poly carbonate sheet . The letters and symbols should be with glove free face, printed letters, symbols, with required colouring including suitable solid state circuit and mechanism to make it suitable for operation with existing Taxiway light. Suitable arrangement to be made for water tightness and locking arrangement. Sign board shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required no of LED light fitting to achieve required illumination level, operated on input source of 2.8 amps to 6.6 amps constant current regulator without any flickering incl supply of secondary leads its supporting legs, breakable coupling and base frame incl connection etc as required and meeting relevant ICAO standards complete as required and including Installation, testing and commissioning of Guidance Sign Board and making foundation for Sign Board etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing of existing SGA sand and providing new special sand suitable for SGAs which will retain in 1.18 mm sieve & will pass through 4.75 mm sieve & ploughing as per descreation of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm dia HDPE pipe pressure rating PE-100, PN 16 for supply, laying & cutting the existing concrete pavement by cutting square grooves to lay HDPE pipe 100 mm bore by diamond cutters and chiselling, removing loose concrete, cleaning and compressed air priming epoxy resin primer at the rate of 0.34 kg/sqm applied by sprayer or brush and making good with existing material including disposal of rubbish to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m for laying HDPE pipe 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) 100mm HDPE pipe elbow cap, coupler and end cap rate are included.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, Airfiels runway, PTT etc by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine excluding HDPE Pipe of 150 mm dia PE-100, PN-16 comlpete all as specified and directed. Note:- HDPE pipe shall be paid & measured separately under relvent items.

Horizontal Boring holes1 to 2 m deep in soil for under road/pavement/runway/taxi surfaces by trenchless technology using ultra sound technic and necessary machine and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m, boring of hole for 50mm dia HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- HDPE pipe shall br paid & measured separately under relvent items.

Refixing 50 mm dia HDPE Pipe in existing bored holes the measurement of pipes shall be net as fixed between the fittings all as specified and directed. Note: Before refixing of HDPE pipe, the same shall be collected from AF authority.

Taking down Existing DTGM and connected assembly complete set at both side of Main Runway and diposited to store with AF authority in the presence of rep of GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Fixing of Existing DTGM board , taking down in item No. 137 and same shall be collected from AF Authority in the presence of rep of GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to eall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as requred to be 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5mtr length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire all as shown in plate No. 2 to the earthing test point including charcoal, salt as per adequate proportion all as specified and indicated including testing on completion as directed.

Note No. 1: Repair and maintenance of existing pipe earthign with GI wire connection of AFLS light body with the help of ss nuts and bolts complete all as specified. The cost shall be deemed to be included in their tendered cost. Note No. 2 : Until or unless mentioned in the tender documents, the fwg works shall be done by the contractor and therefore their cost shall be deemed to be included in their tendered cost. (a) During dismentling of existing conduits on ruwnay, MTT, PTT and MS boxes are also needed to be dismantled and to be fixed according to new surface level.(b)height of existing MS box can be maintained according to new level of runway or surrounding surface by using collar/extension box. (c) If requried, necessary dummy plates, gaskets and M10 bolts are to be provided. Suppliying and laying 150mm dia HDPE pipe of pressure rating PE-100, PN 16 the measurement of pipe shall be net as fixed between the fittings priming epoxy resin primer at the rate of 0.34Kg/Sqm applied by sprayer or brush and making good with 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fibre reinforced glass grid of approved make having flexural strength of 100KN/m in both logitudinal and transverse direction confirming to ASTM 6637, ASTM D 276 and ASTM D 5261-92 specification and overlapping of 150mm in logitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction fixed by mechanical means and rolled by pneumatic type roller to form a good self adhesive wrinkle free surface complete allas specified and directed.

M&L for providing stress absorbing membrane inter layer (SAMI) laid over glass fibre reinforcement grid with tack coat of VG-10 @ 11Kg/10 Sqm and dry stone chipping of size 11.2 mm nominal size spread @ 0.10 Cum/10 Sqm using hydraulic chips spreader, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregate and rolled by pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed.
