M&L for RCC M-25 as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Walls, Retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter on flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes as in wheep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum filling as in invert filter , under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for using Graded coarse aggregate 20 mm as in invert filter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for using Graded coarse aggregate 63- 40 mm as in invert filter complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.15.00 above, but exc 1.50 m and n. exc 3.0 m complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Excavation Items :- Extra Soil / Removal of soil obtained from excavation shall be used in filling .

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exc. 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surfaces in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, ladder etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, , Iron ladders, walk ways and railings and framed work of water tanks etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290- Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 6 mm thick MS Plates (plain or chequered ) square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment as in foot rest and landings etc confirming to Fe-410W Gde- E-250 A quality , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works for posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, nothching for wires etc , flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessery drilling bolting or reveting etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of biniding wires, fixing to iron posts with MS fllat iron 30x5mm with 50x 10mm mm long bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note - Weight of flat iron, 10 mm dia straining round bars and bolts to be measured and paid through item No-21 above.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts/ ladder support bracings etc and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required ( depth of embedded portion of holdfasts/supports exc half brick but n. exc one brick and measured from the face of walls) complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as apecified.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping over drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ground Mounted Solar Power Plant of 10 KW capacity including Solar Panels, Solar Inverter, Module Mounting Structure and comprising of following:- (i) solar PV module Silicon Poly Crystalline Pmax 315 Wp (Min) C-Si 72 cells Efficiency not less than 15%, IEC 61215 & IEC 61730, BIS approved, MNRE approved, AR coated antimony free glass material with connecting Junction box all as specified. The quantitiy shall be as per plant capacity. Make :- Adani/Tata/Waaree/Wolt Solar Solar PV Module and solar cells should be indigenous (ii) Grid tied string inverters 3 phase 10 KW 50 HZ having MPP tracker with surge protection devices and all requirements for IP 65 protection having min efficiency 98% graphical display - inbuilt LED interface and compatible for online monitoring system suitable for Ambient temperature of site, overvoltage / under voltage protection. Make :- ABB/Tata/Growatt/Delta/Solis

(iii) DC Solar Array Junction Box :- Dust ,Vermin & waterproof made out of FRP MAKE-Fairwood-Smart Green or equivalent (iv) AC Solar distribution Box :- An ACDB shall be provided in between PCU and Load/grid interface with suitable rating of connection and disconnection of PCU from load including all switchgears as required. make :- HPL / schneider / siemens 01 set (v) DC Cables :- 4 x 1 sqmm PVC insulated Copper DC Cable to be provided as per site requirement Make : Jonson, Polycab, Apar (vi) AC Cables :- 4 x 4 sqmm and 16 x 1 sqmm PVC insulated Copper AC cable to be provided as per site requirement Make : Havells, Polycab, Finolex, RR Kabel

(vii) hot dip galvanised MS Module mounting structure with min thickness of galvanization 80 micron. Structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take max insolation, mounting structure shall be designed to withstand the speed of 150 KM per hour be designed , fasting arrangements grouting, clamping etc be provided to secure the installation against specific wind and seismic factor of the site complete all as specified. The mounting structure steel shall be as per latest IS, and galvanisation of the mounting structure shall be in compliance . Structural material shall be corrosion resistent and electrolytically compatiable with the materials used in the module frame. The nuts, bolts and fasteners used shall be of stainless steel. The structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module. Minimum ground clearance to be provided as 500 mm

(viii) PCC foundation of 300 mm x 300mm x 1500mm for erection of Solar Module mounting structure with concrete grade M25 is to be provided. (ix) Spare & Tools set Complete - Set 1 (x) Conduit pipe/cable tray/cable clips as required. Note :- The cost of applicable charges i.e. registration fees, DISCOM connectivity charges etc / permission from GEDA etc all as reqd deemed to be included in rate One year free O&M is included in quoted Rate. Excavation, returning filling and removal of soil required for foundation of module mounting structure is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply & fixing Gun Metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends including fittings complete of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick protection with sub-class 'B' bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for fine sand cushioning for cable protection, 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
