Renovation, repair and Maintenance of Building of various department at MBM University, Jodhpur (North Campus & South Campus). (As per BSR 2022 P.W.D., Rajasthan) Material shall be used as per Annexure-‘A’. Terms and Conditions:- 1. For the Sanitary items of the G- Schedule which have reference to Raj, P.W.D. (BSR) 28 September. 2022 (civil)/ 2022 (Sanitary shall be considered & applicable in case of any discrepancy in the rates mentioned above for such items and that shown in P.W.D. (BSR) 28 September, 2022 (civil)/2022 (sanitary) applicable for Jodhpur City. 2.Supply of sanitary & water supply items as per required as per PWD BSR 2022. 3.All deduction shall be deducted from the contractor bill as per applicable government rules. 4.Royalty will be deducted from the contractor bill as per rules & contractor will obtain the Short term license from the mining Department.
