CERTAIN REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND ALLIED WORKS THROUGH DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS UNDER GE SHIKARGARH

Attending of complaints for checking of existing electrical items/points for serviceability for continuous electric supply, rectifying the no light complaints including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the item functional and replacement of small pieces of wire, screw, refixing of hanging wiring/wires and boards etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Any other replacement of major items shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items of this schedule. (b) Repairing of 4 points without any material (may be at different locations) will be considered as one unit and for more than 4 points at a time will be considered as two units. (ii) Contractor will deploy four electricians with helper to attend complaint in Shikargarh Enclave Married Accomodation , Shikargarh OTM Accomodation,Sugan Enclave Married Accomodation and Bahadursingh Enclave Married Accomodation with necessry tools, safety equipments and transportation required to attend complain. (iii)Seperate complaint slip will be issued for Shikargarh Enclave Married Accomodation , Shikargarh OTM Accomodation,Sugan Enclave Married Accomodation and Bahadursingh Enclave Married Accomodation. Complaint will be attended on same day includind Sunday and holiday as directed by engineer in charge. (iv) Each complaint slip restricted to maximum 10 nos of complain for each enclave and for complaint above 10 nos complain for each area(Shikargarh Enclave Married Accomodation , Shikargarh OTM Accomodation,Sugan Enclave Married Accomodation and Bahadursingh Enclave Married Accomodation) will be given separate complaint slip. (v)Necessary security passes for manpower employed by contractor will be responsibility of contractor (vi) If contractor fails to depute electrician with helper for any pocket for attending complaint for any day, penal recovery of Rs 1000 will be deducted from RAR (vii)Sufficient store as directed by Eng in Charge will be procured by contractor and hand over to JE E/M for day to day issue.

(iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.
