NOTE NOS :-1. The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. 2. It is highlighted that the cretin condition of General Condition Of Contracts (IAFW-2249) has been modified as direction of MOD i.e inclusion of performance security, deletion of risk & cost provisions and increase in defects liability period all as specified in tender document. 3. In case the overall quoted amount are less than to the overall minimum wages as mention in SCh 'A' notes and such quoted bid shall be consider as a non-bonafide bids and same shall be rejected during financial evaluation. The tenderers should keep in mind while quoting their offer. However contractor/bidder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for rejection of financial bids.

Part_I FOR DAY TO DAY B/R & E/M MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEPMENT OF MD ACCN AND OTM ACCN UNDER GE(FW) KOLKATA

Outsourcing services for day to day internal/external electrical maintenance of MD ACCN , OTM ACCN & others building and installation under GE (FW) in one shifts per day per month ( per shift of 08 hrs) except on Sundays & holidays by employing one electrician(Skilled) per shift for attended the complained of internal/external electrical supply and daily maintenance necessary of records & documents complete all as specified and as directed. Qty:- 11 Month x 05 nos

All as per item No 2.01 here-in-before but one shifts per day per month ( per shift of 08 hrs) except Sundays & holidays by employing one Carpenter (Skilled) per shift for attended the complained of wood/ Joinery related work and daily maintenance necessary of records & documents all as specified and as directed. Qty:- 11 Month x 04nos

All as per item No 2.01 here-in-before but one shifts per day per month ( per shift of 08 hrs) except Sundays & holidays by employing one Pipe fitter (Skilled) per shift for attended the complained of water supply related work and daily maintenance necessary of records & documents all as specified and as directed. Qty:- 11 Month x 09nos

All as per item No 2.01 here-in-before but one shifts per day per month ( per shift of 08 hrs) except Sundays & holidays by employing one Safaiwala(UnSkilled) per shift for attended the complained of related work all as specified and as directed. Qty:- 11 Month x 04 nos

Notes for item No 2.01 to 2.04:- (i) Proper dress of worker as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (ii) All worker/employee should have own conveyance (iii) Mobile for communication system in the complaint cell so that the complaint can be lodged & feed back can be obtained of worker/employee . (iv) Unit rate shall be quoted one outsourcing employee per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month excluding Sunday & holidays as per Sch Note. (v) Material required for repairing will be provided by the Department. (vi) The quoted rate of above items shall be deemed to be included payment of wages, mode of payment, EPF and ESI payment to employee as per Sch "A" note & PS. Accordingly bidder should quoting their offer. (v) Electrician will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The Department will not be responsible for any type of incident. (vi) All the safety equipment's and tools related to workmanship shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost.
