and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti-termite
treatment and creating a chemical barrior under and around wall trenches, basement
excavation, top surfaces of plinth filling,junctions of wall and floors along with external
perimeter of the building surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate
of 7.5 litres ( or as directed by the manufacturer) per sqm on vertical and @ 5.0 litre

H MAIN LT PANELS/ DISTRIBUTION BOARDS AND BUS DUCTS
Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, testing, supply, forwarding to site, unloading,
shifting to location, inspection, installation, testing and commissioning of M.V.Distribution
Boards suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz distribution system (Design verified as
per IS/ IEC: 61439- 1 & 2) fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel in cubicle
formation, compartmentalized, form 4b consutruction, free standing floor mounted, dust
and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel, `T‟ sections
and/ or flats wherever necessary. 16 gauge CRCA sheet steel shall be used for final
distribution panels. 3 mm thick cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at
the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before
powder coating as per specifications and final approved shade. The panel shall also
include inbuilt inergent gas based fire suppression system inside the panel.
2 No. earthing terminals shall be provided for all distrtibution panels. Panels shall be
suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ supply system. Lifting hooks shall also be
provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel in the form of
shop drawings before fabrication. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be
used in fabrication of panels.

It shall have data logging for minimum 2 months, it shall provide thyristor output for

wound with Dyn 11 connection and neutral brought out for earthing as per

Totem Sign of size 18'-6" x 4'-6" at gates. The existing structure between the two
column shall be modified as per design i.e. brick wall raised by 4'-6" and shall be
clad in 20mm thk. black granite. All graphics etched and coulour-filled as per
approved artworks, with transportation and installation at site complete.

filled) bolted over SS framework with necessary hardware and tools required for
proper fixing for the same in position, with transportation and installation at site

tapes whichever appropriate as per site conditions, using necessary hardware and
tools, with transportation and installation at site complete.
