SCHEDULE "A" PART - I [CIVIL WORKS]
Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavating over areas, depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m and getting out hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
All as per Item No.1.002 above, but depth exceeding 3 m but not exceeding 4.5 m.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, pile cap, beams, shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, laying of under ground cables or pipe etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m for foundations, pile cap, beams, shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, laying of under ground cables or pipe etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick as in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) 10 % Deduction shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk in respect of mechinery used for ramming (ii) Compacted thickness wiil be measured for the payment purpose.
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) as in soft / loose soil, each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, where directed and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Surface Dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Site Clearance as in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The unit rate shall be deemed to be included for rubbish / useless material disposed off to outside MD land and useful material shall be stacked
Material and labour for Coarse sand filling in rain water pit, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, and blinded with earth and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate), as in plinth protection , finished even and fair without using extra cement including making construction joints in 3 m interval and joint filled with sealing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, by using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, underneath pile caps, capping beams, suspended floor, foundations, plinth beams, haunching and packing of pipes, culvert, wing wall, return wall, curtain wall, apron, approach slab, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The size of aggregate shall not exceed 20 mm and slump shall be 50mm (+/-) 12mm and maximum water cement ratio 0.4. (iii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for interalia for preliminary design mix and works test cubes. (iv) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately. (v) In case cement content is increased beyond minimum content given during the design mix, no extra payment shall be admissible. (vi) Standard manufactured cover blocks as per IS should be used, Site cast cover blocks not to be used. (vii) Admixture to be mixed in RCC work shall be @ 0.6 % to 1 % by weight of cement or as given in approved design mix during execution of work. Make: Auramix 400 of Fosroc or Smartcare maximo plast PX range of Asian Paints or equivalent. The cost of the admixture shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Material and Labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 , type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in channel of drain, bottom of septic tank and coping, etc., finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 , type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing to new door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron.
Supply and Fix powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/RM including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and Fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame false ceiling consisting of 25 X 25 X 2mm aluminium angles and TEEs of size 25 x 25 x 2mm and 12mm thick gypsum board of size 595 X 595mm on aluminium grid, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for prioviding and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and filing the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessay accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Virified Ceramic tiles of light shade, double charged, 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
