Comprehensive Maint of RO plants, of 600LPH capacity checking the function complete, descalling the membarines, active carbon filter, mechanical filters, replacing of O-Ring, seals, gland packing complete ensuring for the proper outlet quality of potable water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Technician should be checking the RO Plant once in a month or upon complaining by operator and serviceability report to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Replacement of spares will be paid and measured separately Note:- 1. Dilute hydro chloric acid required deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 herein before but for 1000 LPH capacity.

Supply and fixing of following spares and taking out unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Replacement of any other spares other than the listed below (major/minor) if required shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. The list given below is not exhaustive and contractor has to ascertain the actual requirement of spares/ consumable while quoting his rate. Comprehensive Maint including material and labour for SCADA support two stream (2X2.5) 5 MLD capacity water treatment plant at AOB, Rambilli complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Technician should be check the Water treatment plant once in a month or as per complaint by operator/JE E/M/Engr-in-Charge and serviceability report to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The maintenance include repair/replacement of all parts such as pumps,motors, operating valves, pneumatic valves, compressors, SCADA software system, PLC Panels and renewal of antivirus for SCADA systems etc included but not limited to for making plant full operational.

M & L for replacement of 3/4 pole MNX 32 Amps capacity Contactor including necessary screws,nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of 3/4 pole MNX50 Amps capacity Contactor including necessary screws,nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for repairs to RO plant 600 LPH by replacing of spare parts of high pressure pump of any capacity , complete with all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for repairs to RO plant 600 LPH by replacing module ,complete with all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of high pressue three plungers up to 3 HP,4000lph 340 Rpm, 3 Phase, 415V three plunger reciprocating pump, 300/45 of 1000 LPH RO plant by replacing ceramic coating plunger,piston oil seal, oil gasket, gland ring, gland rope 6 mm dia, stuffing box gasket, valve spring, o ring, header block stud, nut & washers, lub oil and gland spring also replacing DT modules etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Servicing and B check of DG set capacity 10KVA by replacing the engine oil,air Filter,Diesel Filter and oil filter all as per OEM instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : other spare parts which are not included in itrem shall be measured and paid separately as supply only here in after).

Taking out carefully unserviceable fuel injector pump assembly of 160kVA DG set of 1500 RPM Make:- CUMMINS/KIRLOSKAR/KEC/CROMTON, cleaning/ oiling/servicing fuel injector pump assembly , recalibration of Fuel Injector Pump after replacing unserviceable nozzles/Bearing bush with roller/ Delivery valve with washer and spring/Roller Bearing. /Bearing end plate etc.,re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the Fuel Injector Pump assembly all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of maintenance free battery of capacity 12V 150 AH battery terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling lubrication oil SAE-40 ( 20 W- 40 grade) of Make SERVO OF IOC/HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM/BPCL/ CASTROL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Replacement of asbestos ropes with new asbestos rope of existing size of exhaust pipe 100 to 160 kVA D.G. Set.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of oil sump and decanning old engine oil from DG set up to 10 kVA capacity and cleaning the oil sump chamber by removing settled particals, sludge etc for pressure vacume including rectify the leakage by welding including refixing the same by replacement new nuts, bolts clamps all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of oil sump and decanning old engine oil from DG set of 100 KVA to 160KVA capacity and cleaning the oil sump chamber by removing settled particals, sludge etc for pressure vacume including rectify the leakage by welding including refixing the same by replacement new nuts, bolts clamps all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, and taking out carefully old unserviceable rectifier of any make and capacity,suppling and fixing new rectifier of existing make suitable for 100 KVA to 160 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of star delta starter suitable for 7.5 HP To 12.5 HP open well submersible pump motor including necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of DOL starter suitable for 5 HP open well submersible pump motor including necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of RO membrane of size 8" MEMBRANSE with thin film composite or suitable for feed TDS 10000 ppm 40" length and treated TDS less than 150 ppm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective submersible openwell pump set of capacity 10HP from open well/UG sump for repair by lifting GI tubing of size 65 mm from up to 40feet to 10 to 15feet depth after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means of chain pully block or other T & P, transporting to workshop including repair/replacement of worn out parts, servicing and overhauling complete with oilling/greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling and painting of submersible pumpset with motor with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after clearing and scrubbling and shifting back to openwell/ UG Sump, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted for this item shall includes labour charge only for maint repair and replacement of defective / UNSV spares / accessories. Spares are to measured and paid separately under subsequent items. (ii) Cost of other minor items/spares such as nut, bolts washers, gaskets, paints etc which are not covered under Sch 'A' but required for effective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to included in this item.

Dismantling the motor of submersible openwell pumpset of capacity 10 HP, removing the existing burnt out winding and rewinding with PVC copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and filling of cooling oil with oil seal and terminal lead for AC, 3Phase, 415volts grade and other petty items required for making motor functional and motor reassembling and testing with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Desilting of open /shallow well dia of 25 feet and 25 feet depth at Rambilli premises by bailling out of water from the well through pump set, removing the silt (mud/sand etc) from the floor of the wells and deposting not exceeding 50 metre, cleaning the inside vertical surface of the wells with wire brushes including removing the large growth and removing the large floating of suldge on the water completely including one coat of wash of inner surfaces with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing of 15 mm bore galvanized medium grade including all fittings such as bend, elbow, tee and union on floors/ walls/ceilings including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.
