Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiselling in soft/hard rock including wedging out upto all lift, stacking the excavated soil upto all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when requaired into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement:1½ Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

In walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilever bresummers and lintels not excedding 1 mtr in depth in all height from floor complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

Suspended floors, roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Arches/Demo upto all floor level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, and propping etc.with wooden batten and ballies in all height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions buttresses plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. up to all thickness complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm. wide complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:-

Arches/Demo upto all floor level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing precast cement concrete Manhole cover 500mm dia medium duty with frame total weight not less than 58 Kg. (weight of frame 58 Kg.) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Laying, Jointing and Testing of G.I. pipe in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes of following dia meters (Light Grade) including tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Peet Valve/Sluice Valve (with hand wheel) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfactioln of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cuttint, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, fixing, Laying and galvanized wire Masquito proof ventilator size 400 mm dia and 300 mm in hieght with frame of M.S. angle iron 40x40x6 mm complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing MS flanges (In pairs) for the joints of GI pipes mentioned as below and same shall conform to BIS 6392-1971 ( latest with up to date amendments) including the cost of nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets conforming to relevant BIS standards and it shall also include carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge,

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.
