Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

Painting the old Iron works with best black anti-corresive paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use of workI including cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finsishing, complying with standared specification and as directed by the departmental officers 10m2 106

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality II Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unshealhed SC.Cu. conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid Pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall, covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light/fan point (For Electronic regulator) (5 points per coil). Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unshealhed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipeon wall and ceiling with M.S. accessories inflush with wall with 150mm x 100 mm x 75mm MS switchbox with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed plug point. 1224.4 SD-12

Supplying and fixing of 1200mm ( 48'' ) sweep AC ceiling fan complete with regulator with 1M down rod including S & F of fan clamp with side plates and cross arm etc, complete as per standard specifications SD 106

Supply and fixing of single box type 4feet 36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. SD-87
