Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free 1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirtings/dados of size 300 x 600 x 7 mm thick or nearest size as required , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles, double charged, premium/1st quality 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 0.64 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 10mm thick of same description as of floor tiles as in serial item No 39 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick heavy duty, coloured paver tiles of size 300 x 300x 10mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick Baroda green stone slab (of any type) work, table rubbed and polished in steps, treads, riser, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and round moulding to edges cills, cooking platform, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L vibratory rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, grade M-35 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rough cast plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1 :4 complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying water proofing treatment to sunken slab comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified. (i) Cleaning of roof surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose /unsound material,dirt,dust etc. (ii) 15mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) using and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement, (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm of approved make and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.244 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours.. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or his authorised applicators and contractor shall also provide 07 years Guranttee for water proofing treatment carried out in the work. Sunken slab will be tested for 48 hour before carring out other works in sunken floor.

Supply only acrylic base polymer water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller and including 01 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achieve smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of brick/concrete ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding of any type/size as in cup board/wardrobes etc , fixed in any position with nails including hardware, wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L precast cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25 cm x 20mm thick machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% WPC by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L frosted sheet glass 4.8mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors,windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a). Glazing shall be measured and paid separately; (b). Weight of aluminium sections shall be as per IS or actual weight which ever less shall be measured. (c). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, jointing clips, screws, etc as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight; (d). The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel all around contacting surface of aluminium framework and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm size mild steel mortice lock, vertical type, 4 levers with duplicate key complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm bore Gun–metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete of size exc 400 sq.cm but n.exc. 0.10 sqm upto height 10 mtr complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge

M&L providing precast cement concrete 1: 2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm thick crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Precast frame shall be measured separately and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M items) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrical connection, taking down ceiling fans/exhaust fans of any sweep of any make with down rods, blades canopy etc and deposited in AGE E/M store yard safely and after completion of civil works cleaning the fan motor assembly body, blade of ceiling/ exhaust fan, filling the cavity, rubbing with sand paper, taking off old paint with the help of chemicals & painting the ceiling fan/exhaust fans with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint including writing the MES number on the ceiling fans/exhaust fans with synthetic enamel paint, reassembling the ceiling fan/exhaust fans and refixing on the same loction, making electrical connection with 3 core copper condctor flexible cable of size 1.5sqm, testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting electrical connection, taking down single/ three phase electric meter, and deposited in AGE E/M store yard safely and after completion of civil works cleaning the electric meter and refixing on the same location, making electrical connection, testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the electrical connection, taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring along with conduit pipe and all accessories and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing electric water storage heaters of any capacity, description, model and and deposited in AGE E/M store yard safely and after completion of civil works, refixing the same after cleaning, painting with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint including writing the MES number and replacement of defective PVC connection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets, modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
