Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 for Rural Roads of MORD.(Borrow pit /pre work post work measurement )

Construction of Sub-Base using local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface including screening the metal as necessary , mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC ,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density , lighting , guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete .as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT& H (5th Revision).[ Ref : Page no. 247 , Item no. 4.09 (ii) of PWD(Road) ]

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Testing Report For Materials

Providing and erecting direction and place identification sign Board for Scheme information and taking three stages photos of work site…etc complete
