Half yearly Preventive maintenance of 02 Nos of liquid oxygen tanks of 13KL capacity,all pressure gauges,safety valves, vaporizers and regulating system inside MDL premises of liquid oxygen plant in MDL.

Testing calibration and certification

Testing of 08 nos of safety valves and providing all relevant certificates(issued Under the Rules 18 of SMPV(U)RULES 2016), Calibration of 7 Nos Pressure gauges and 02 Nos of Level gauges from NABL approved Lab

Vaccumization of tank

Vaccumization of one (01 Nos) of the any two liquid oxygen tank of MDL

Repair of tank and vaporizer outside MDL

Repair and vaccumization of 01 Nos of tank outside MDL premises including Removing of tank from MDL site, loading and unloading of tank with proper securement, transportation of tank to and fro from MDL to contractor work site along with necessary insurances, installation and commissioning of tank at MDL site and also including required material for repair apart from spares mentioned in line item "Supply of Spares" in same PO.

Repair of one vaporizer (01 Nos) outside MDL premises which includes Removing of vaporizer from MDL site, loading and unloading of tank with proper securement, transportation of tank to and fro from MDL to contractor work site along with neccessary insurances, installation and commissioning of tank at MDL site and also including material for repair apart from spares mentioned in line item 6 "Supply of Spares" in same PO.
