VARIABLE COST Note : The Contractor should carry out all major / minor repair and spares replacement work of Nemmeli Conveyance System under the scope of this Contract irrespective of whether the item/ items are covered in the bill of quantities / not covered in the in the bill of quantitie / quantity exceeded than the bill of quantities. If the item / items covered in the Bill of Quantities it's considered as variable cost otherwise it's considered as fixed cost part of the contract. It is once again reitrated that the scope of repairs & maintenance work is contract lies with the contractor , irrespective of whether the item/ items are covered in the bill of quantities / not covered in the in the bill of quantitie / quantity exceeded than the bill of quantities. The bidder should quote the the rates accordingly.
