Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Passenger lift No 1 at Left side of staircase of New ATC building of capacity (8 persons), 544 Kgs, Door opening 800mm of Make USHA complete all as specified and as per Notes below and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Passenger lift No 2 at Right side of staircase of New ATC building of capacity (8 persons), 544 Kgs , Door opening 800mm of Make USHA complete all as specified and as per Notes below and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Sl item No 1.00 & 2.00 as below to be carried out by OEM only :- (a) Regularly & systematically examine, adjust lubricate as per standard operating procedure including testing yearly once and judgement conditions warrant the same repair / replace machine controller parts motor trust bearings, brake windings, contacts, coils, resistance for operating motor circuits and other mechanical parts. (b) To renew all wire ropes of equipment and to take reasonable care to maintain the equipment in proper and safe operating condition. (c) Examine periodically of all safety devices, governors and safety tests to be carried out as per OEM . (d) Repair replacement of misc worn out parts due to normal wear and tear.

(e) The servicing will be carried out once in 30 days by OEM technicians or his representative and service completed report shall be got signed from the User/ MES authority. (f) All responsible steps shall be taken to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition. (g) The contractor shall employ well-qualified and well-experienced supervisory personnel who have minimum qualification of ITI certification in the trade to perform the maintenance services. (h) Services shall be conducted during normal working hours at regular intervals as frequently as the company thinks necessary, having regard to the age, complaint, nature and condition and problem in operation of the elevator. (j) Technician should be systematically inspect, adjust and lubricate the parts of the elevator to the extent necessary to maintain the elevator in satisfactory working condition. k) During the break down/ failure in the elevator, a technician must respond quickly to carry out the necessary repairs in order to restore the elevator functioning immediately. (l) Parts which are not covered in routine maintenance work like ARD Batteries, car panels, door parts will be measured and paid separetely.

RECOVERY NOTE for Sl item No 1 & 2 as below : - (a) Delay in making the lift serviceable for minor complaints more than 24 hours after lodging the complaint through telephone/ SMS will attract recovery @ Rs 500/- per day (irrespective of full day or part thereof) (b) Delay in making the lift serviceable for major complaints more than the time fixed by the Accepting officer will attract recovery @ Rs 1000/- per day (irrespective of full day or part thereof) (c) Any minor spares required for making the lift serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for door operator drives 230 V input/110 V output including with R&F relay 24 V, 120 pin micro IC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LOP & COP switches 24V, seven segment display, pcb mount NO switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of the full Length door Sensor as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of the Electrical Harness complete set with card speaker accessories as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of the Car Operating Panel Landing Operating Panel suitable with existing system complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of the Automatic rescue device with battery back up suitable with existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of the S.S hairline finish landing car door complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of the cabin light LED ceiling light of 1 Watt with suitable driver for existing ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of the Emergency alarm complete with card, speaker, connected accessories and battery complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of Gear oil with new oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Sl item Nos 3 to 12 :- The make of parts to be replaced will be as recommended by OEM.

Disconnection and removing carefully the unserviceable lift motor of capacity 12.5 HP from the shaft and rewinding the same with single strand fine enamel bared copper conductor of same guage, weight and turns and keeping the windings into hot air oven till the moisture evaporates and refixing the same in its original position after completion of repairs including connecting the cables and all the accessories testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aviation obstruction light fitting including lamp and connecting with suitable size cable including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long including bending, welding, drilling holes as required and fixing with flat iron clamps 50x 6 mm thick (02 Nos) with suitable nut, bolts and washers to steel tubular /concrete poles complete, including preparation of steel and iron surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint, first quality, over a coat of primer, etc including disconnection & taking down the unserviceable GI bracket of size 40 mm dia from the pole / building complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for street light bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long including bending, welding ,drilling holes as required and fixing with flat iron clamps 50x 6 mm thick (02 Nos) with suitable nut, bolts and washers to steel tubular /concrete poles complete, including preparation of steel and iron surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint, first quality, over a coat of primer, etc including disconnection & taking down the unserviceable GI bracket of size 25 mm dia from the pole / building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor 6 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Straight through joint will be measured & paid seperately under relevant item. (iii) upto 03 Nos faults in one length span of cable is measured in one Job. More than will measure add-on cumulatively. (iv) on cable fault tracing obstructions like bush/grass/plants/soil dunes cleaning deemed to include in the quoted rates.
