Disconnecting the voltage stabilizer from LT side, then opening the lid of the 400 KVA voltage stabilizer with the help of tools & tackles, then lifting of regulator along with the complete core from container by way of using chain pulley block. The job then includes the charge of repairs to regulator contact points by way of grinding, turning finishing etc with the help of grinder, file, sand paper ,.then fitted it back by way of tightening nuts & bolts & filling fresh T-oil fifteen litre for topping & tested on full load.

Repairs to 5HP 3 phase priming pumping unit of lift irrigation scheme Nowshera lying at site to utilized its service at lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-II by way loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for repair. The job includes the charge for complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality (4.5 kg). The job includes the charge for providing and fitting of insulation material in the slots of stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper etc. and varnishing of winding with good quality varnish. The job also includes p/f of Bakelite connections plate as per sample with proper thimbling of terminals. The job also includes the charge for making sleeve, balancing of shaft on lathe machine, p/f of new nuts & bolts & greasing of bearings, packing etc. for the completion of work. Then reassembling the pumping unit at workshop and shifting to site and tested on full load. Deduct the cost of old scrap (3.6kg).
