The Excavator - Loader (JCB) should load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic meter of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator - Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator - Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho meter and it should function properly.

Providing, supplying & fixing of Fixed Louvered Ventilator made out of multi chambered UPVC sections with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having an overall size of 60 x 55 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness and Mullion with overall size of 74 x 60 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness. Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not less than M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 in all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tone compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as inter lock pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipment's such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.
